Because we were beginner ,I applied for a C1 visa with Flado a few months ago, and it went well, after I got to Indonesia I decided to apply for a spouse kitas by myself because it would save a lot of money if I did it by myself, so I went to immigration and asked to apply for a KITAS but they required the username and password on the immigration website which only "Flado " had access to it, so I contacted Flado to give us the username and password , I understand they are a travel agency and they make money by this, but at this point it would make no harm to them if they gave us the details because we already paid rp 2.2M for the C1 visa, however Flado told us that they need to "reset" the account in order to give us the log in details, and that would cost rp 1.5M again, us being naive we thought it's still better to pay for account reset than to make the KITAS with them so we paid them again, they said it would take 3-5 days, which they lied, after more than 10 days of waiting and slow response and telling us "wait" , I decided to go to immigration in bandung and they told us "there's no such request to reset the account from Flado until now", so all those days Flado team were lying to us and making us wait , even though they knew my C1 visa would expire soon but they didn't care, immigration in bandung told us to go to directorate immigration in Jakarta and they would help us with this issue, which Alhamdulillah they fixed everything in less than 10 minutes!!
And here's a breakdown of what happened with Flado:
1. Used a fake bank statement to apply for the C1
2. Kept us waiting for more than 10 days, and they didn't even initiate the account reset

1. Immigration procedures do work through your agency? Because you told us you handle the process via DMs to some internal people in the immigration. 2. Immigration offices (including directorate general in Jakarta) told us there's no request in the system to reset the account log in details, so stop making excuses for your lies. 3. Flado successfully processed 7,000 visas, do they also know that you use a fake bank statement for each client?
4. Outside of your scope? So you couldn't process a request in 10 days, that the immigration office fixed in 10 minutes?
5. "All applications are filed with Ditjen..." I highly doubt that, because I have proof you said that you request through DMs to some internal personals in the immigration..
