I usually shop around myself, but due to time demands, I enlisted the help of Jake who made all the necessary enquiries on my behalf. Flame are also a Nottingham company and I like to support other local businesses. I received informative guidance and wasn’t pestered. Communication was mostly by email, at my preference.
