I am a soft play centre and have had an ongoing issue for 3 months where sefe changed my meter from a standard meter to an industrial usage meter 6 months ago without my knowledge or consent. The implication was my standing charges would go from £5 a day to £20 a day and would incur half hourly higher unit rates for day time usage. Sefe passed the buck and told me i had to keep this meter as scottish power told them. Sse did not say this as my meter is less then half the criteria needed for this reason. It’s taken 3 months of endless calls : emails to get this resolved and have been unable to renew my energy contracts as a result. Now it’s been fixed to the original meter, enerygy prices are higher than when i first tried to renew in July. They promise to resolve things and nothing happens.

15 Year customer of SEFE Energy
I have been a customer of SEFE Energy for 15 years and have recently signed a three-year extension to our large electricity and gas contracts.
Quite simply I have enjoyed working with this company at every level from billing through to account managers, senior management and directors. The service our company receives in my opinion is second to none and I have no desire to move our utilities portfolio to any other supplier and I could not recommend this company highly enough.
In the energy market other suppliers, in my experience, do not operate in the same manner or even at the same level as SEFE Energy because if they did SEFE might actually have some competition.
In conclusion SEFE Energy are a quality company with quality people and that only leads to quality service.
