Great customer service from Michal, any enquiries were responded to promptly. The fitters Mietek and Patryk did a great job. They left the areas tidy, and clean. All work was done to a professional standard. The whole process was smooth and easy. I contacted Michal on Monday and the fitters arrived on time on Friday with all the work completed.

I would highly recommend Flat Pack Help for any flat pack/handy man tasks, especially for items from Ikea.

I’ve asked Flat Pack Help to build furniture on two occasions for me.

Both times, the experience was excellent from start to finish.

I know next time we need some help, theirs will be the first name that comes to mind.

I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Query and booking was easy. Very professional, reliable service. I would definitely recommend.

They were quick to forward me a quote and quickly made arrangements to complete the actual work kept me informed as to time and date of their work, the completed work itself was so quick and professional and this the third time I have asked them to do something for me, I could not fault them and would gladly recommend them to anyone.

Amazing service.
Anthony was really good and well pleased with the furniture.

The only thing that would enhance this experience would be to take the packaging away.

Really happy with the service.

I would definitely recommend this service 😁

Great service! Nothing is too much trouble!

Checked availability on Wednesday and the guys were round on Friday to build my outdoor storage unit. Really good job and competitive pricing!

So happy with the job done by Flat Pack Help! We had two beds assembled, 6 floating shelves fitted and a day bed dismantled. The work was completed to a high standard and room was left very clean! Can’t recommend this company enough.

We are delighted with the service. Michael was a pleasure to deal with and we got a date organised within a couple of weeks. Andy arrived early morning and had our Mamas and Papas furniture (cot, chest of drawers and wardrobe) built within a few hours. We are so happy with how it all looks and would highly recommend Flat Pack Help!
