Flat Pack Help™ 🧰 Opiniones

The fitter turned up at the stated time then worked quietly, efficiently and neatly until the job was done. Very happy with the service.

My gym machine was complicated and took a few hours (as I was warned) but Andy did a great job and even tried it out and showed me how it works....above and beyond. Always a pleasure doing business with Flat Pack Help.

Excellent customer service
With total professionalism

Fantastic service from Anthony and Michael. Would highly recommend these polite, curteous and extremely professional tradesmen. We are extremely happy with the build of our flatpack furniture!

Very efficient service

After a rocky start that was in no way the fault of Michael and his team they went out of their way to ensure everything was completed in time. Mietek was professional, courteous and very kind to my 83 year old mother. He had to work in confined conditions but was so patient and meticulous. To say I am pleased with the work he did is an understatement. I would have no hesitation in recommending this fab team.

Outstanding service!

Michael and his team are exceptionally helpful, professional, reliable and their work is of an extremely high standard. They have assembled lots of Ikea furniture for me and also completed some really awkward 'customisations' that other tradesmen botched or wouldn't do. They did all this with no complaints at all & are so reasonable. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

It does not get any better than this. I requested help with the assembly of a 9-drawer storage unit less than two days ago and got an instant quotation. Having accepted this, I was given a half-hour slot for the job to be done. The fitter arrived bang on time and did the work to a very high standard and even took away all the unwanted packaging materials. Needless to say, I will be calling on the services of Flat Pack Help again as they just cannot be bettered.

Brilliant, efficient service. The guy who came out was really friendly and completed my wardrobe really quickly. I’m so pleased with it and would highly recommend. They are extremely professional and take the hassle out of assembly, will use again!! Excellent!

Really pleased! :)) I would highly recommend and certainly use again for any future jobs.

Very efficient service. Great communications and all happened as arranged. A complex flat pack that frightened me when I opened the instruction booklet is now a very fine-looking unit in my sitting-room.

Very professional service, I’d lots of items and asked for a collection from IKEA as well. Delighted with the service and work. Would recommend : )

Highly recommend - efficient, tidy and prompt. Good value for money!

Very professional service. Highly efficient from receiving quote to having work done. Furniture put together quickly and with quality. Thank you!

Second time experience with this company and what a brilliant service! Quick reply, hassle free and very professional. Purchased a bunk bed from Wayfair and Andy, the assembler was very pleseant, did a great job and left the place tidy. Will contact the company again in the near future.

Brilliant service taking down wardrobes to allow new carpet to be fitted and the wardrobes assembled again afterwards. Anthony was superb and professional. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.
Thank you Michael for great communication and value.
