My partner ordered a ring on 21st September, the website states it is a 2 week wait, he emailed them and explained when he needed the ring for they emailed him back explaining they were short staffed and there was delays with shipping them out but if it got closer to the time they would send out a replacement so he could still go ahead with his planned engagement, he accepted this, as it got closer to the time he emailed them again asking for an update they again said they were short staffed and they needed to ‘contact the shop’ it got to the time where he needed the ring no update from them and no ring to be seen not even a replacement, we are still sending emails to them and we still have no update, previously it’s just been ‘we have messaged the shop’ and now they have just stopped responding to us completely, we are now down a lot of money and doesn’t look like we will be receiving anything at all, delivery time is still showing 2 weeks on their website as well which is very clearly a lie

I have now just received a text to say they are closing down

Ordered nearly 6 weeks ago, websites stated delivery in 2 weeks, I emailed on 6th to get an update, I was told by Cheryl and Harriet they are 2 shop guys down so production is slowed a little bit, fair enough I fully understand that.
I told them I would need the ring before the 12th as me and my now fiance are going out of the country.
I was also told they could send out a temporary ring so I still had something to propose with I agreed that would work.

10th I emailed again to find out if anything will be sent to me to then be told they do not know as they have no contact with the people in the shop all they could do is keep an ate out for a delivery not with my name on it. I said okay please keep me updated.

That was the last email I received from them I emailed again on 15th got ignored, emailed again on 21st to ask for a refund i
Ignored again, emailed again on 23rd again ignored emailed again today 24th no reply yet

I have contacted my bank and mark this transaction as a scam to try and get my money back

Absolute scam do not order from them!!! Non existent communication and they will swindle you for your money. Placed an order and trying to get refund but I keep getting pied off with bullshit excuses. I have asked my bank to raise a scam dispute. ALL POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS BE WARNED!!!!

Ordered a ring from the sister company flawless lab diamonds, wasn’t going to come in time so reached out via email to enquire, got told a loan ring could be sent out and to send further details after sending further details no one responded to the email, so I called and eventually got a loan ring sent, It’s now been over a week trying to chase the actual ring as the loan ring is too big and is not a permanent fix, I’ve rang 4 times and have been told i’ll get a call back after they’ve chased the warehouse but it shouldn’t be much longer, no one rang me back each time. Anyway, phoned again today and now I’m being told a refund needs to be initiated as they won’t be able to do the order. As far as I can see online ring orders are still being accepted and told a delivery time of 2-3 weeks, i’m really disappointed and to be honest just want my ring with a proper timeframe given. Would have appreciated more if they’d told me I just need to wait however long instead of all the back and forth.

Have asked for a refund - have been bounced back and forth between a jewellers in Knutsford called Midas and the "sales@flawlessmoissanite" email address.

They emailed back fine to confirm that they had cancelled my order but when asking for a refund they are being nothing but short.

They owe me over a thousand pound and havent had so much as a confirmation its been refunded let alone received the money.

Going through the bank to get a claw back as I am starting to think I have been scammed.

Ordered a ring over 8 weeks.

Sent them 10 emails to check when the ring will be delivered

Not a single reply for 8 weeks now

Where do I begin….first and foremost, do NOT buy from this company. We have been waiting for over a month (nearing two) for our ring set, and yet still nothing. We have reached out to the appropriate people who handle shipping and other issues (customer service), and they have been zero help. I don’t mind that two of their shop workers had a family emergency and were out. What I DO mind, is lying to their clients. Telling them that you made the rings, telling us they were being shipped out on x day and then not doing so, then telling us they’d “look into the problem” repeatedly, and then ghosting us, no thanks.

Do not trust this company. Go to the Moissanite account on Reddit and look this place up, you’ll see more terrible reviews and experiences with terrible customer service.

Once again, listen to me and do not buy from them. There are much better places with better service. Thank you for reading.

Flawless Moissanite has been wonderful to work with. Specifically Cheryl and Sherrie in the US shop. They were kind, honest and easy to work with. They made getting a new ring much less stressful than I had anticipated. Also extremely quick services and responses. I will definitely be buying more from this company because of them!!

I placed my order (Order #110028) with Flawless Moissanite over six weeks ago(29th August), spending nearly £1,000. Since then, I have faced nothing but delays, broken promises, and poor communication.

I was repeatedly assured that production would “be back on track next week,” yet six weeks later there is still no ring, no clear update, and no refund. My plans, which the ring was meant for, have been completely ruined because of these delays.

When I finally requested a refund, I was told I would have to wait even longer(30 days)— for an item that was not even made or shipped. This is completely unacceptable.

I have now opened a formal complaint with Klarna and am seriously considering taking legal action if this is not resolved immediately.

This entire experience has been extremely disappointing and stressful. For a company handling high-value purchases, this lack of transparency, reliability, and accountability is appalling.

I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from Flawless Moissanite.

I have since received a full refund from Klarna after submitting evidence

Absolute scam. I cancelled my order within a week of placing it because it wouldn’t have arrived in time. I was in contact with Cheryl, who acted as the middle person communicating with the actual store, and was told it would take up to 30 days to process the refund.

Over a month later; no refund and no receipt despite repeatedly asking for updates. It’s been well past the timeframe they promised, and the money is still nowhere to be seen.

This is completely unacceptable. I will be taking this up with my bank and reporting the business for withholding my refund. Do not trust this company, they take your money and disappear.

This organization blessed me tremendously. They helped me out so willingly, worked late hours, with quick + effective responses. They got me the most beautiful engagement ring at a discounted price in LESS THAN 5 days.

I am blown away at their kindness + the quality of the ring. It far surpassed my expectations. It even came in a beautiful box with a light. I am so impressed by Flawless Moissanite + cannot thank them enough. She’s going to love it! If you’re looking for beautiful + affordable moissanite engagement rings - use this company!

I’m a bit disappointed, ordered my ring Aug 29th it is now oct 7th almost 40 days pushing 6 weeks and still no ring. This is ridiculous, I’ve been texting the team once a week to get an update and nothing. They aren’t giving any real answers. I’m growing extremely impatient this is ridiculous.

My order took a longer time than stated but Cheryl made sure I had a stand in ring to make sure my proposal could happen while on holiday. Kept in contact with me every day and went above and beyond. A credit to the company.

When my fiancé and I started talking marriage, I used to show him pictures of what I would like for my engagement ring. He knows my style and what I like, so seeing my selection wasn't a surprise to him. However, I didn't think we'd be looking online for one. It's a bit scary these days with all the scams going around. But let me tell you something. Choosing Flawlessmoissanite was meant for us. The experience was definitely something to brag about . Kelsie, who I stayed in contact with through out the whole process provided, what I call top notch stellar customer service. It took one email to communicate and she immediately became my email buddy. LOL! I'll say, she for sure calmed this bride-to-be's mind. Everything, from picking to shipping and delivery, was absolutely perfect. I would give a million stars if I could. Thank you flawlessmoissanite for making this special time in my life an experience to remember.

Worst experience ever!

Purchased a engagement ring set 01/22/2025 for $1,475.00
Received rings 02/20/2025
They were the wrong size and were not uniform when positioned together.
Sent email requesting to return them that same day.
I mailed the rings back 02/25/2025.
They received return on 03/07/2025.
Now 6 months later and still no refund.
I have talked with there rep almost every week trying to get this resolved. Pretty sure this company is a total scam.

This review is for flawlesslabdiamonds.com the sister company. The rings are beautiful and so far the quality is amazing. The customer service has been stellar. I will say they said every ring comes in a luxury box with a certification and a warranty card. I received a box that did not look like the box in the pictures or videos also had no brand markings what so ever and the corners where smashed and that was not from shipping because the shipping packaging was flawless. So kinda disappointing giving my wife a ring in a beat up box also not having the warranty card is a big deal for me as well. In fact there is nothing in the package at all that said the companies name just find it really strange the shipping name had a gentleman’s name. I reached out and the individual I texted with said she will get me the warranty information emailed just thought it was supposed to come with an actual warranty card but the ring is amazing and the customer service has been great.

my engagement ring that i ordered and received over the summer is beautiful, but i spent 3 months attempting to custom order a matching wedding band and i was never able to get in contact with anyone from the company to do so. i had to repeat myself every time i managed to get a message back, and was consistently told someone would get back to me yet the following week i would be ignored another time. worst customer service i have ever received from a company, so much so that i will be replacing the ring i bought from them in the first place! very disappointing for such a pretty piece to be ruined by such poor customer service, but i don’t even want anything attached to this business on my person.

Wow.... where do I begin? I bought a ring from Kay last month. Was always feeling a type of way about it, but it was the closest I could get. But then? Then I found flawless moissanite. I havent even purchased the new ring yet and let me tell you - communication has been TOP NOTCH!!!!! I am heard, cared for, and met with warm energy and fast action. And such beautiful rings too! I think I am making the right decision to switch over. THIS will be the ring i KNOW she wants and loves!!!!!! I cant express enough how calm they've made me feel. I potentially have to rush my ring for our trip, and they have been nothing but flawless (ha!) Throughout this entire process, BEFORE I purchased. Recommend already!

I got my ring from my fiancé and the rock was just too large for my liking, despite being bought months ago it was no problem for Ross to promptly reorder a ring more to my liking. During the time waiting for my ring, a family member became unwell and may not have made it to seeing my ring, however Ross and Sherrie made sure I got my ring as quickly as possible, which I hugely appreciated. The customer service has been outstanding and my ring is amazing, all I’ve ever wanted. Thank you for such an amazing service, such an amazing experience!
