I needed several pairs of running shoes for my teens. The selection and sales were good. The shipping was fast. Returns were free and easy at our local store.

Very satisfied customers
My partner and I went to the Newport Ky. store today. Amy greated us today as soon as we came in. She was so very helpful and very knowledgeable and explained everything in detailed. Her personality was extremely enjoyable, we never felt rushed by her. Amy was excellent and very personable.
Warning.
Warning: they offer no assistance with defective products after 60 days. I purchased a pair of Saucony running shoes in store. Both shoes ripped in the same spot above the sole after only 3 months of use, a few runs. They refuse to help and do not honor the product warranty offered by Saucony. I spoke with three different people and they all said there was nothing they could do. Do not purchase shoes from fleet feet, I recommend buying from the brands directly so you have the warranty if something goes wrong.
NO longer trusted , now sells crappy shoes with no guarantee!
I had shopped at the Fleet Feet in Pleasanton CA for over 20 Years and received excellent service and shoes. I purchased an unknown brand KARHU running shoes that split in 3-4 months. I have at least 3 pairs of rotating running shoes and by no means run marathons-chubby mom walking dogs!. Franchised Pleasanton claimed to not have my receipt for that transaction after I PROVIDED a COPY OF THE RECIEPT! said that they could not find the transaction...what liars and how convenient!
Love their Nashville location
Love their Nashville location. Very friendly staff that are very knowledgable as well with any questions I have. Would highly recommend checking them out!
Great employee, great service, great shoes, great price
I would highly recommend Fleet Feet in Strongsville, Ohio to anyone looking for running shoes. The employee helping was Isaac Wilson, very knowledgeable, patient, not pushy, listened-well and was just a good guy. I felt genuinely cared for. Performed the 'Volumental' scan (pretty cool) and found me several shoes in my style & price range.
No canceling orders option, what’s the deal?
Whats the deal with this store not having a customer service number for customers to contact about orders shipped and such? They take a while to get back to you through email. They also do not allow canceling orders once placed online? Wth is that? When you email them to cancel even before an hour, they state they are not able to cancel any orders also?
Decent Store, Bad Product
The sales associate spent plenty time with me. Bought Brooks Ghost shoes and they fit very well, felt great, but after just under 6 months the plastic support inside the back of the heel bent down and caused a sore on my achilles. The warranty is 2 months, but I cannot wear them anymore, and for $220 i expected more. I've had Rockport and Dunhams for about the same price or less, and they lasted for over a year. They offered 10% off the next pair but that's not going to work for me, i'll go buy Dunhams or Rockports.
Make sure you really love what you buy by the deadline.
I bought a pair of insoles and the sales person admitted he was new. I don’t think that had anything to do with it though. The first pair I tried on l didn’t like. The next pair, the “RUN dynamic cushion high arch felt good because I have plantar fasciitis in my arch. They were $55 which was a lot more than l spend on inserts because l usually buy Dr. Scholl’s. The warranty period is 2 months and around 6 weeks they were feeling good so l thought that l threw my box away which had the receipt in it. Big mistake. Don’t ever do that. Because a few days ago, which was a week past the deadline, my plantar fasciitis kicked back in, and the insoles, no longer felt comfortable. I did find my receipt, but it is clearly past the deadline by one week, so it’s my fault. I feel for $55, insoles should last longer than two months and a week. But you live and you learn. Back to Dr. Scholl’s for me.
Don’t Shop Here
I purchased a pair of HOKA Rocket Ux 2s from the Portland, Maine location on August 14th. I had a great experience while I was picking out my race day shoes and was recommended these for the NYC Marathon that I will be participating in during the month of November.
The employee I spoke to and worked with was extremely knowledgeable and I do believe he was recommending the best shoe available. He assured me that if these shoes don’t work out for me, I can return them within 60 days of purchase to another Fleet Feet location with the refund going to my original payment method. He said this was their happy fit guarantee.
I took these shoes out for a run and quickly learned that they unfortunately weren’t going to work for me. They were extremely fast shoes but lacked ankle support that my feet needed. Because I purchased these shoes while I was on vacation near Portland, the closest location to me currently is the Nashua, NH location. I decided that I would return them here for my refund.
On September 16th, I visited the Nashua, NH location. I explained the situation to the employee and she informed me that she could not accept these as a return within the 60 days because they had been used. I told her that online it states otherwise and I was told previously that I would still be able to. She said she could only do an exchange or for store credit. I explained to her what I was told at the Portland location and she then explained to me that she wouldn’t even be able to accept them as a return at all at the Nashua store and stated that she doesn’t even know if Portland would take them back either. I do have the receipt and I am within the 60 day return policy.
I emailed the company and they told me that each store has their own return policy and they would be unable to accept a mailed return as there is no way to make a mailing receipt. The happy fit guarantee states that any shoe that does meet your expectations, including with your performance, can be returned within 60 days at any location if you have the receipt. It seems really misleading that not all the store follow that “guarantee.”
The only reason why I am giving this one star is because I was genuinely taken care of at the Portland location. I found out I actually am wearing the wrong size and I do believe they are helpful. The extra star is for those employees, not the company itself.
I went to the Columbus location in…
I went to the Columbus location in Manhattan and I was disgusted by Micheal Mcshain. How can you let a creep like that be a manager. I told him I didn't want a foot scan i just wanted to buy some brooks ghost. He pressured me into doing a scam. Then he was trying to push socks and insoles on me. He didn't take no thank you for an answer. He kept touching my knee I felt so uncomfortable I push his hand off my knee twice. Then he try to make small talk because he say a picture of my dog on my phone. I didn't care to hear about his dog Obean. I just wanted to get in and get out but I felt captive what should of been a simple 10 minute interaction turned into a 40 minute nightmar of someone pushing something on me and touching me and tryig to flirt with me. Fleetfeet should be ashamed for letting a creep work for them it seems like they would hire any white male who's privileged.
Fleet feet is a joke
Fleet feet is a joke, bought shoes on cloud, second pair I’ve owned. I do not wear these shoes everyday, mainly on weekends. Rubber sole began splitting and breaking away, Fleece customers (fleet feet) told me this was between me and the company and that shoes are meant to last 6 months. I will never purchase on clouds or shoes from Fleet feet!
No good
I bought some very expensive shoes in their store on April 27, they haven't even been there for three months and today I went to the store to complain because they already broke and what they told me they didn't have a guarantee because the guarantee is only for two months my purchase has been two months and twenty days and they did not respond for the quality of the shoes which is terrible I will never buy this item in these stores again
I walked in and an employee immediately…
I walked in and an employee immediately came up and asked if i needed any help. I then told her what type of model i wanted and she came out with exactly what i asked for! She sat me down and let me try on the shoe with the option of trying a variety of different sizes and it eventually fit perfectly. Her name was Tracy, and she was a great help. This was the store in lawrenceville! 10/10 customer service! Definitely will come back!
Literally stole my rewards points
Literally stole my rewards points. They sent me shoes I ordered that were all stained. I contacted customer service and they told me I can return in store and the $60 dollars rewards would return to my account. Now they are denying I had rewards and have been beyond awful with customer service. I will never order from them again and I don’t recommend them at all.
Great stability and comfort
Great stability and comfort
I have many things wrong with my feet; planter fasciitis and too much flexibility in my feet which make my ankle pop a lot. After a 2 mile walk, and all day on my feet, my feet did not hurt at all! I got a 1/2 size bigger and wide due to having to wear an ankle sleeve, glad I did. I highly suggest for anyone to go up a 1/2 size and wide as they seem to run slightly small.
Completely beyond expectations
I recently visited Fleet Feet of Raleigh off Wade Ave and was lucky enough to be helped by a truly competent employee.
KERRY, was patient, friendly, beyond helpful, and had more shoe knowledge than a supercomputer. Thanks for being AWESOME! 🤩
Karen was great at Green Hills…
Karen was great at Green Hills location. She was very patient, and spent the time trying to figure out what’s the best shoes for me.
Seems very scammy
Seems very scammy
You will find many reviews stating that they put out these bait offers and end up canceling them. No idea why? maybe customer data mining? either ways, very sketch and I will not buy from them again.
2 months for a refund only after calling
Shoe did not fit well, so I returned. However they did not issue a refund for 2 months after the shoe was received back at their warehouse. They did eventually issue a refund, but I had to call in order to receive that refund. In a day where ERP systems are commonplace this is just bad business.
