Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. Order got canceled and they tried to avoid accountability by blaming the vendor rather than their business model. The email clearly stated that their apology did not rectify the situation, but then made no effort to do so. These companies are useless. Just order straight from the manufacturer.
Racist Store in Schertz TX
I went to Fleet Feet on Agora Pkwy in Schertz, TX in November 2021. I told them I needed comfortable walking shoes or inserts because my feet hurt during my daily walks. There were 2 or 3 employees there and they said we can't help you. Wouldn't show me anything. Didn't even let me walk past the sales counter. I am Black, and the only reason i can think of for treating a potential customer that way is that they are racists.
No warranty in the store after 60 days.
Bought two pairs of running shoes in a store in Missouri. We were told you have 60 days to decide if they are the shoes for you. Unfortunately, the black part of the sole on one pair has started to come off after 76 days. They don't tell you they don't have ANY warranty after 60 days and have to go through the manufacturer. We actually had to ask for the manufacturer's information instead of it being offered to us. Not the employee's fault but I have had better quality in a $50 Famous Footwear shoe and better customer service. The shoes were only worn about 15 hours a week on carpet and look almost new other than the problem with the sole.

I thought I would give Fleet Feet a try, but I regret that. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from the website. The next week I didn't see shipping confirmation so I emailed them asking when I could expect the package.
I was told they had a stocking issue from the stores and couldn't fulfill any of the requests. I would have been fine waiting longer, but they canceled without asking me what I wanted to do. In the meantime the price went up for other sellers.

Customer Service Experience!! Since I went to FleetFeet for the first time by myself , a lady named Ally ( west lane, Columbus) greeted me amazingly as any customer expects. I got a pair of NB shoes, on my second time when I went again she was there , I was so happy seeing her again, she was very skilled in things I wanted to know , I left with a pair of thin insoles , so at the time I didn’t know who was the manager , for my amazing surprise Ally is the manager , great job Ally , ur knowledge helped me a lot , all the associates do a great job too but I chose Ally from my first experience , so as my mother taught “ Always the first time or experience counts . Keep it up Ally!’

Do not buy from the store in Metairie, LA. My wife is a runner and hinted about wanting a new watch for Christmas. I went to FleetFeet and looked at several different models. And before I bought anything I made sure to ask if it could be returned and/or exchanged and was told Yes, we could come back and at least swap it out. So I bought a $300 Garmin watch. It's a very nice model, but ultimately my wife didn't like the style and decided to stay with her Apple watch. She never used it. Well, when we went back to the store to try and return the watch, the same exact employee who sold me the watch said she needed to go call the owner because "electronics don't have the same return policy" as shoes, even though we were still under the 60 day window for returns. They claim that since the box was opened they can't take it back. Of course the box was opened, how is someone supposed to even see if it works or look at the features??? So knowing this now, there was never any intention of letting us swap it out. And this assistant manager tried to make it sound like it was our fault for waiting too long, even thought she said 3 times that we were still within the 60 days for returns. She actually told us that we shouldn't have waited so long, we should have called the store or emailed saying we were thinking about returning the watch. We were completely taken advantage of and lied to. They will think of any excuse not to take something back. I'm embarrassed that I sent a couple of people to shop there during Christmas. Will never buy from there again. Bad reputation spreads fast.

Placed an order with Fleet feet several times in the last month placed an order for a pair of women’s shoes as well as a pair of men’s shoes first order was shipped and delivered only to receive one pair of women’s shoes. Called Fleet feet who admitted warehouse had made a mistake refunded the pair of shoes for men’s and replaced order only to receive a second order which was the wrong size color and width. Contacted fleet feet hey second time who again admitted it was a fault of the warehouse. I would recommend people shop elsewhere if you’re looking at a particular brand of shoes go through the supplier or a different outlet this is not a reputable company or someone I would recommend to do business with ever.
Great shoes and great staff!
Not only do they sell excellent footwear, but the sales people are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable as well. I have a joint problem called EDS which causes pain, especially in my knees, and Fleet feet was able to find the right shoes. They also recommended a type of internal foot support which works great as well! So happy I went to them!

Really bad service i was parked on side of road it took fleet for fleet over 3hrs to get a company to changes my tyre and 5 phone calls and every time customer services attiude was terrible really would not use this company no help what so ever

I have been a Fleet Feet fan for several years, and a very strong advocate for “shop local” in my community. Generally, I buy 2 pair of shoes each time I shop so that I can alternate wearings, plus I purchase new socks, new Superfeet inserts, etc. This time, I decided to give the Hoka Bondi a try ($150) & I love them. Unfortunately, my local FF only had 1 pair in my size, so I went to FF’s on-line site & ordered a second pair of Hokas in a different color. The package arrived promptly with ONLY ONE SHOE IN THE BOX. I’m still waiting to hear back from FF as to how they will correct it’s mistake. But this is really aggravating. I just spent close to $500 in 2 days with FF which is not a fortune but still a lot of money to end up without 2 full pair of shoes. Quality control seems to be lacking these days. FF used to be much better. I’m rethinking my options now & may just buy directly from the manufacturer & skip shopping at FF in the future. Disappointing & an aggravation bc FF used to be great.
Update - I contacted FF and got a prompt response from Sean. My other shoe is being sent and he offered a discount to make up for the oversight. Overall, I still love buying my shoes at FF bc of the expertise in fitting. And, my initial frustration aside, it’s good to know that Ff delivers great customer service.
