This was my first time leasing a car, so you have all of those unknowns of what happens now, when will it be delivered, what happens if something goes wrong etc...

The Fleet Sauce team, especially credit to Luke, took the whole anxiety of the unknown away and just handled everything with pure expertise.

Post order, you get handled by a dedicated handling agent - Luke, in my case.

I found him very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He gave very detailed and accurate answers flowing off the top of his head when asked, especially about what type of chargers and the charging point installation / installers.

I got numerous calls and updates via emails from them after the process had started, keeping me up to date with everything happening.

Then literally within an hour of the car being delivered, I got a call from Luke asking how the delivery was and was there were any issues with the delivery and the mileage on the car.

Customer service after purchase on this, to me, set FleetSauce apart. A great experience for a leasing newbie.

Dealt with Fleetsauce a few times now and never had an issue. Luke is extremely helpful and keeps in touch all the way through the process and is responsive to any questions that may come up. Would highly recommend.

Jack was very informative.
On day of delivery i had mistakenly asked for delivery to home address. I was called by the driver and he happily redirected himself to my place of work without fuss. No issues so far with fleetsauce. Used by other colleagues also :)
