I am super happy with Artur and his work at fleet sauce. Not only did he get the vehicle and colour I wanted but he was able to get it under my budget and save me money. His attentiveness, kindness and speed is what I admire the most about Fleet and when I need my next vehicle I will be searching for him. From start to finish I felt supported and understood. I honestly couldn't ask for better customer service.

I do have to mention when it came down to the admin thats where I believe the service didn't match. I found myself chasing admin over two weeks and after every chase I would get an update. So going from excellent and attentive service to chasing down for update was a disappointment. I expressed the disappointment to who was handling my admin and the accountability was non existent. I received an email apologising for the dealers lack of speed rather than their own lack of communication. However once the documents where in place the communication improved, the process of receiving my vehicle was seamless.

Overall I am satisfied and I will happily use Fleet Sauce again. Any friend or colleague of mine I will be sending them Artur's number.

After being messed about by TESLA for over two months (the API between their app and the finance application was not working and I kept getting errors when submitting; no one was able to help, and after all that time I was told by a very apologetic member of staff that my EU drivers licence was also an issue so they would not have been able to help - why???)

I decided to change my attention from Tesla to SMART Hashtag 3; Saw the car at a Mercedes dealership but their financing deals where not great. Then found a deal on Leasing Options, submitted my application (complete with copies of driver licence and bank statements, although my credit score is 1250/1250 and I am on a six figure salary) and did not hear back for a week! Once I chased Leasing Options they told me the car I was looking for was no longer in stock.

I kept looking for Hashtag 3 though, and although I did not find Fleetsauce in comparison sites, I found the car I wanted on their website through regular google searches.

I am SO GLAD I DID. I was looked after by Artur Sousa, contacted them via phone and also Whatsapp (handy).

Artur found the car I was interested in, sent me the finance application and I had a confirmed order within less than 24 hours. He even managed to change the colour of the car before placing the order (last minute change from black to orange).

Extremely efficient, if I could give them more stars I would. I work in financial services for a well known wealth manager where customer service makes or breaks the best companies. The Fleetsauce service was impeccable.

I am now looking forward to receiving my car and will come back to update this review with my experience from taking delivery.

I ordered a Land Rover Defender through Fleetsauce in February 2025. As of 17 December 2025, I still have no delivery date and have received no meaningful updates. The only information provided repeatedly is that the vehicle “has a build slot,” which after this length of time is extremely frustrating and unhelpful.
The original timeframe quoted has been exceeded by a significant margin, with no transparency or clear communication on when (or if) the vehicle would be delivered. Due to this excessive delay, I contacted Fleetsauce to cancel the order, which they agreed to do.
However, I am very disappointed that Fleetsauce has refused to refund the booking fee, despite the delay being caused by supply issues entirely outside of my control. This does not feel fair or reasonable given that Fleetsauce has been unable to deliver within the agreed timeframe.
Overall, poor communication, excessive delays, and an unwillingness to take responsibility for supplier-related issues have left me extremely dissatisfied. I would think carefully before placing an order with Fleetsauce.

Being a business owner of a new startup company, it can be tricky getting a business car lease due to the limited time the business has been trading. Their customer services is second to none from the initial enquiry, to placing an order and vehicle delivery.
