Great service from the team
Great service from the Fleetsuce team - Artur managed to find probably the last preconfigured Polestar 2 in the country to my spec - Every other lease company had a long wait for delivery - I had my car in two weeks from signing the agreement.
Everyone I dealt with has been professional, friendly and delivered on everything that they promised. Aftercare calls to make sure everything had gone smoothly were much appreciated. I can't fault their service in any way

They made leasing a car very easy!
They made leasing a car through my business (for the first time) very easy! The quote was competitive, the order process efficient and smooth, and I was regularly updated on the progress of the car, which arrived on time. Any emails I sent were answered promptly and so far the experience has been very positive. Hats off to Artur and Rachael in particular.

It has been great working with the team…
It has been great working with the team at Fleetsauce from beginning to end. During the initial stages, our assigned account manager provided a number of different options and specifications with a quick turnaround (and we asked for about 10 different options!). The guidance through the process was really helpful and the team made contact throughout all stages to ensure the process was a seamless as possible! Even when it came to car delivery, the team made sure they were available to assist with any issues for a car delivery on a Saturday, who then followed up on the Monday to ensure the car met expectations and assist with any aftercare.
I would definitely recommend!

Delayed delivery
The car was standard, but took over 2 months to arrive and was nearly a month later than initially advised. When it did arrive it was filthy and there was no handover explaining the cars features.

We had an excellent experience securing a vehicle lease agreement through Fleetsauce, and Matthew was instrumental in helping us find the perfect solution for our business needs.
From the very beginning, he took the time to understand our requirements and guided us in selecting the right lease option tailored to our situation.
Once finalised, the process proceeded seamlessly. The only thing left was waiting out the lead time, which went by without any issues.
