Very poor experience.

In summary:
Ordered for next day delivery.
There were 2 failed attempts at delivery over the first week, I never got a skip in the end, and it took a 3 further weeks of chasing to get a refund.
Customer service is poor.
Email / portal enquiries are not answered.

Terrible.
Will never go near this company again.

In depth:
Ordered a skip on Friday 28th March for next day delivery as they were the only company offering a skip so quickly. Slightly more expensive than the rest but worth it for the convenience of having it come over the weekend.
Didn’t turn up on the Saturday.

Customer services shut at 12 on Saturday so unable to get hold of them until Monday.
Didn’t open at 7am as per information on Google Maps. Actually 7.30.
Customer service said it was a computer error. Skip would come Tuesday.
No skip turned up Tuesday.

I called Tuesday. Advised they would call me back.
No phonemail by 4pm so I called again
Advised they had delivered. Was told to email photographic evidence to prove it hadn’t arrived.
The email provided didn’t work.
I called Wednesday.
Advised that actually the driver had got confused about permits and returned the skip back to the depot.
Advised replacement skip would be delivered on Thursday.

No skip arrived Thursday.
Missed customer services on the phone due to working late.
Emailed via the portal. No response has ever come back from that.
Got through to customer services on Friday evening.
Was advised that they had delivered.
No skip was anywhere near my house.
Customer services were adamant it had arrived and said they had a photo of it out side the house.
They described the picture to me. It was definitely not my house in the picture. A quick Street View search on maps and I was able to find the described house at a similar sounding road at a different post code 10 mins drive away from my address. (at time of writing I believe the empty skip is still out side this poor person’s house 3 weeks later)
Called customer services back. Advised them of what I thought had happened.
They said they would deliver a new skip but it would not be until the following Tuesday.
That would be 10 days after the original delivery day.
Requested a refund.

April 4th - Refund requested. Advised 7 days to process.
April 11th - No refund had arrived. Chased customer services. Advised they hadn’t processed it properly. Advised a further 7 days.
Closed the for the bank holiday Friday and Monday.
April 22nd - No refund. Customer services said they were having problems processing the refund and they would email me and call the following day with an outcome.
April 23rd - No email, no phone call, no refund. Managed to get through to accounts. Advised by accounts no refund had been processed. It would be a further 3 days.
April 27th. - Finally received a refund 4 weeks after the skip was initially due to be delivered.

This company does’t know their arse from their elbow.
I will never attempt to use them again.
I also believe they own Mr Rubble.

Failed collection and shocking customer service

Man and van booked for 12th April- sat in an empty house all day waiting - never arrived. Spent the majority of 14th April trying to speak to someone about failed collection. I’ve been put through to every department except the one I need and when you try to get through to sales it cuts you straight off. I finally found out that they attempted collection today the 14th and at the time of writing no one can explain why. I thought going with a nationwide company would achieve a smooth result - how wrong was I

Becki was amazing, so helpful, efficient and professional. It’s a really awkward delivery spot and she was so reassuring that there would be no problems with her drivers getting the job done! Spot on! 5*

Fletchers waste, more like waste of time

Booked a skip for a Saturday, they emailed me saying there wasn't any available for the Saturday but I will receive one the following Tuesday, Tuesday came and went and still no skip, in the end I asked for a refund and got my money back. I will not be using this company again

No good waste of time

Absolutely shocking. I Ordered a grab got booked in for a Monday. Never turned up took a week for them to get back Intouch to then cancel the grab and I am still waiting for a refund it’s been nearly two weeks now. There communication is shocking. They keep telling me days it’s going to be in, to then never be in. If you rely on dates and times and need things asap don’t go with these

Order a skip online on there website on the 6th March 2025 to come on the 7th March 2025 to then find out from my invoice it would not be till the 11th March 2025 for it to be drop off need it for the 7th 8th and 9th so was no good called up to find out if would be available to come for when I booked it even though it sheffield number get put though to there Manchester office to be telled some will call with in the hour 3 hours later with 3 more calls still no look 4 time got someone in the sheffield office to says it can't be till the 11th so ask to cancel it and for a refund still waiting for my refund called today on the 13th to find we're my refund of £275.00 is to be told again some will call me back today that was at 8am so let's see if I get a call on the over hand call a local company up to see if could help me out answer was yes come on the 7th was cheaper and got a 10 yard instead of 8 yard off them as they had no 8 yard in will only use local companies now as bigger companies do seem to try and help people out

I didn't realise how much i would've…

I didn't realise how much i would've saved if I had gone direct to the skip company instead of using your service, I think your mark up on the service is excessive and next time I need a skip i will be going direct to a company, I will also be telling the builder who recommended you the same,

Promised phone call again for move none didn't pick up for nearly a week after told twice to do so after numerous phone calls
