I found the pricing reasonable and easy to understand. For me, the standard hire of one week was enough time and meant it was collected without me needing to arrange it, which I appreciated during a busy moving week. My husband found the people who dropped off the skip to be nice and friendly. The only other thing I would have liked was a confirmation email, as I only received an email saying my request had been recieved. That is an incredibly minor issue though so would not stop me using this service again :) thank you!

Skip wasn't delivered at the requested time even though it was booked 5 days before it was required. Tried to call for 2 days but no answer and no phone call back. Was due for a delivery on Monday and still on Wednesday afternoon there was no skip and still no correspondence from Fletchers.
Wouldn't recommend to anybody.

Phoning twice a week to get the full skip moved, it is coming up on a month now, they just keep fobbing my off. The skip has stopped my other deliveries as it's on my drive.

Disgraceful company! Ordered a skip costing £177 last week to be delivered on Friday the 25 Oct, waited all day only for no skip to turn up, no answer on the phone or email.

Prompt drop off on the agreed day, friendly and professional driver, who helped find a better place for the skip when we described we needed access to the drive.

Super service. Really good communication on the phone and via their email updates when things are delivered and collected. Drivers really nice and friendly. Can't recommend highly enough.

Ordered the skip which was delivered when they said it would be but getting it collected is a whole other issue. The skip was delivered on the 2nd of September, we had finished with it by the 7th so i rang that day and requested it to be collected. Was told it would be done asap. Rang again on the 10th to be told a driver hadnt been assigned but would be collected by the 16th as thats when the permit ran out. I emailed them on the 17th to see when it would be collected and havent heard anything yet. Ive tried to call again today but the line was constantly busy. It's currently sat outside the house on the road. Wonder if it will get collected this side of christmas.... never again.

turned up on time has agreed and collected on time this is all you can ask for really , i did ask for the skip to be positioned on drive to accommodate skip and car on line which could have been done more considerably, some will say if i had been in it would have helped hence why i asked on ordering has i knew there was a chance i would not be. still class has very good and thanks

Skip was delivered, as promised, i asked for it to be collected the following day as i needed the space for our business and i was worried about fly tippers. I asked again and again, via phone, email, contact page on their website. and 16 days later, still not collected it. i feel like i should charge them for storage!!

Ordered a skip online which was very easy to do, needed extra time so called up and this was arranged very quickly free of charge.
The whole experience was simple, quick and was the best price for researching other skip companies.
I do not use skips often, but when I do it will always be Fletchers now.
