Not the quickest but good quality
Booked online and had already committed when it became clear they couldn't do survey for over a week, then report took another week, so longer than hoped or what we could have had with another surveyor.
The quality of the report is good and everything we asked about has been looked into, the level of detail is good.

Efficient , clear and thorough
I instructed Flettons to survey my prospective 3 bed, period house. They have been incredibly efficient throughout and kept me updated throughout. They gave initial findings straight after the survey and then followed up with an in-depth survey file over 100 pages long , clearly stating areas of concern using a simple traffic light system (Red, amber green). The photographs of almost every inch of the property help massively to illustrate the text. After a stressful sale and purchase, it has been a pleasure to deal with some true professionals and all at a very reasonable , value for money price compared to others in London.Thank you Flettons. The report was very thorough and the service was excellent value.

A thorough report within 7 days of request
We instructed Flettons for a residential survey. The property was seen within 3 days and a report issued 4 days later. The quality of the survey was excellent and the report well-written and easy to understand. Follow up questions to the surveyor was answered very quickly. I would recommend highly.
