The set up of the content is flowing with topics that work hand in hand well intertwined giving the learner an easy route exploring through the courses. I personally enjoyed the course because of the presentation of content that flows methodically and gives the learner A BIRDS EYEVIEW of the care sector at large as many aspects of care are all covered. This presentation can easily introduce a novice into care and wont face any challenges if they religiously followed the flowing presentation. Examples and case studies are well thought and gives a real touch of reality on the ground. The only minus on the courses is the limited questions on the quizes. I feel more questions broaden ther research spectrum of the courses and may increase the understanding of the content.
