Zero rating! My order #1018 was never delivered. After exchange of several emails, they said that they would be refunding my payment. It has been months and I am yet to receive any refund or updates from them.

This is truly disappointing and dishonest!

Scam I did not receive the order. I have followed this up many times on your contacts page no one gets back to me very disappointing and will start using review channels and media to inform others now, I’m sorry this has been such a disappointing process for my son. My son never received his Christmas present and no one has the courtesy to get back to me.

My Christmas order was also not received. No response from multiple emails.

The company must be a scam. Nothing turned up and they said they would refund and now the email does not work> i will be trying to recover from the bank.

I ordered the pods for my son’s birthday in November. The item didn’t arrive and was advised by Emily I will be refunded. No refund after 3 months. I emailed them and my email bounced back. All the hallmarks of a scam.

Ordered before Christmas, have been chasing for delivery ever since. Emily at customer service advised the parcel was still on route 2nd January - haven't received another response since!

Scam! You will not get your order. They will initially respond back to your first email and promise a refund. Time goes by and then nothing. You email them back wondering where your product or refund is and your email goes undeliverable. Don’t waste your time!

Ordered some reation light training buttons, they never arrived, emailed to find out where they were and was told sorry they will send a refund 2 months later no buttons or refund and now they are not replying to any emails, do not use it's a scam

As others have mentioned ordered for delivery before Christmas, then when I contacted them said that there had been a failed delivery attempt even though someone was in all the time. Asked for tracking numbers and couriers details with ZERO response.

Informed at start of January that a refund would be given as item must be lost in the post. Still nothing and now no response from them.

Reported to credit card so hoping can get money back.

But avoid at all costs!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company is a scam. I purchased equipment that was never received. They told me a first delivery attempt had been made and that the courier could not hand off the package to anyone so a second attempt would be made. There is no camera evidence of a delivery attempt and when I followed up with them about it they stopped responding to my emails. This is a SCAM. Do not purchase from them.

I ordered a Christmas gift for son and though the site said it was delivered, I never received the item. No response to emails. They have taken my money. Be warned don't buy from this online store.

I am exactly the same ordered this for Christmas and it never arrived and still have not received my refund. Who does this get reported to it is disgraceful they have taken all this money off people

I received an email that order had been sent and arrived but there was no tracking number. I went to their web site and asked them to contact me but I received no response. order did not arrive and can't contact them.

Shame we have to give one star really. This is a scam company so please do not buy from them. I placed an order before Christmas, and like the others, it was not received but the tracking said that it had been delivered. I sent an e-mail and customer service were all very nice saying a refund has been issued - no further questions. It did not arrive so I have now opened a case with PayPal and I received a message from them again asking me to 'kindly close the case with PayPal as it will take longer for me to receive a refund'. I was silly once, to order from them, but I won't be closing the case until I have my money back!!
