We found Flight Centre to Professional
We found Flight Centre, Rangiora very welcoming and from sitting down in front of MAKAELA WILLIAMS to discuss options of our travel plans to Australia very easy. Her knowledge and putting us at ease around flight transfers and other plans was so helpful along with her friendly approach.

Great service from Flight Centre
Great service from Flight Centre. There was initially some confusion around using a Farmlands card, but the consultant I dealt with was fantastic and sorted everything out for me. She was patient, helpful, and made sure I could still book my flight using the card.
Really appreciated the effort and excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend

This is the second time I have used Makaela to help plan my trips to the UK. I find her extremely approachable and knowledgeable, and also highly proactive when it comes to researching and suggesting travel deals that suit my parameters.
