I’ve just driven 45 min in rush hour traffic from The Devonport peninsula to the Birkenhead FC. Admittedly I got there closer to closing but was given the short sharp shrift.

Agent: “I’ve got an appointment… drive up to the Albany FC, they’re still open or come back another day” and one other chap conversing with another employee says “I’m just the accountant”.

The thing that struck me was how dismissive the experience was😟. Even after I added I’d driven 45 minutes (stuck in traffic)to get there.

Having been drawn to the Birkenhead FC based on their strong review rating, the zero customer service experience left me disappointed.

Happily take business elsewhere.

Process was smoothly managed by consultant, as well as clarifying any issues quickly.

Lovely team at the Birkenhead branch. I actually popped in twice to enquire about an upcoming trip, so end up dealing with two different agents.
The one that made the booking for me was very knowledgeable in terms of shortest route, best value for money etc. the only reason I didn’t award 5 stars is because at the time of booking I asked if we could add any of the existing frequent flyer numbers I have (being aware that OneWorld and Star Alliance airlines often having applicable routes) and was told I couldn’t. When I got home I found that I could in fact, so had to email the agent back and ask to have it added. So really not a major thing but I was just surprised they didn’t know that. Otherwise a very pleasant experience, thank you.

Excellent service from the team at Birkenhead, especially Rory, he is patient, accommodating and nothing is a bother for him. He has been wonderful dealing with made every change of my elderly father’s travel needs.
