Order never arrived after waiting 20+ days,delivery estimate was 4-5 days. Support doesn't answer emails, they just send automated reply saying "please wait some more". Scammers!
Edit: Order was refunded after I contacted authorities about EU consumer rights breach.

I initially had some doubts because of the low Trustpilot rating. However, I received the Flipper Zero within the expected delivery timeframe, and the support team responded to my inquiries within 24 hours.

The fact that most passive reviews are one-line-sentence, makes them look illegitimate, but they are not.

I ordered a birthday present which unfortunately arrived much later than expected. However, customer service was always responsive and reassuring and in the end it did arrive! It’s lovely, works perfectly, and the person who received it was very happy. In order to plan properly, I recommend ordering well in advance, a month should be enough. Despite the delay I will definitely order from them again, as they proved to be reliable and always available :)

Op vrijdag 20 juni betaald, op zaterdag 21 juni een bericht ontvangen dat het device snel verstuurd zou worden. En dat is nu 10 dagen later en geen enkele wijziging in de status of berichtgeving vanuit het bedrijf. Ik ga mijn herroepingsrecht maar eens activeren. Waardeloze service en communicatie!

Wow if you dont want my money and don't want me buying your stuff just tell me! If your gonna cancel my purchase every single time then just tell me why not at least.

I bought my zero flipper March 14 and only today I received it. The tracking is a little bit slow. But the site is 100% reliable and I recommend it.

Ordered, got tracking number. Then some BS about routed incorrectly, missed delivery, send back to original departure country,…. Always some excuse to not take accountability.
Don’t buy it, you will loose your money.

It's the legit website where I bought 2 flippers from, not sure why all the bad reviews.

Ordered, paid, got a tracking code, which states "shipment registered online, but packet not handed to delivery service" support just ignores every email. forums are closed for new users, only by invite.. what else to expect? flipperzero, the product once was a great idea, but the company now is the greatest scam ever!

People, please don't waste any money on this b*s* .. even if you give some random guy 200$ on the road crossing your way, it will be worth more!

Package didnt arrive, its a scam

I bought a duo flavor as a backup for my regular brand thinking 26,000 Puffs would last me a long time as a spare. Within 1 hour I had "apparently" used a third of of the juice on a 26,000 Puff flipper!!! I mentioned that at a party & everybody had the same problem, if you're get 5000 Puffs you're lucky. Im sure they're just putting any arbitrary number of puffs so you'll pay more thinking it will last longer. I will however give credit where credit is due, it really does have great flavor but at $40 every 2 days with the exaggerated puff count I could buy real fruit. Disappointed.

Great Product And Fast Shipping!

The devixe is okay. Alot of functionality. Unfortunately, customer service is damn near non existent. Long response times. To then be forwarded trouble shooting methods you have already tried numerous times. Even after I explicitly said thag ive tried methods. Provided proof of issues with details to be forwarded same methods. After you try to enact a warranty, they go ghost and stop responding.

When I originally ordered the flipper zero I was informed to expect delays due to customs issues, fair enough, that is not in the companies control.

Several months later I received an update that my device was preparing to be shipped. There was a shipping number provided to me but it was never activated. I figured there were more delays, no problem, stuff happens.

I did not hear any other communication from them for several months. Eventually I followed up with customer service as I had heard of long shipping delays > 12 months online, they informed me that my package had been apparently shipped and lost in transit and because it had been longer then 75 days from the order they couldn't do anything. I was never informed that the package had shipped and the tracking number they gave me was never activated.

As such I would recommend other consumers to not give them the benefit of the doubt if they have delays on their end shipping but to request a refund or do a charge back if you don't immediately receive your order.

Customer support has been very unhelpful, I would expect approximately two weeks to respond to an email if you try to contact them. If you are trying to contact them, I would be sure to give them at least two weeks to respond to any simple queries.

This had seemed like a fun tool to play with however I do not intend to send this company any more money than what they have already taken for my unfulfilled order.

SCAM, no order received, no tracking code, no feedback on the mails, chat is rubish

I ordered a flipper zero and a wifi dev board 3 weeks ago and have still not recieved a confirmation email and support havent answered for over a week.
I feel scammed and have no way to cancel my order since they wont send the confirmation email with a ordernumber.

Het is onmogelijk om een order te plaatsen. Deze worden binnen enkele seconden geannuleerd, zowel met creditcard als iDeal betaling. Als je dan vraagt waarom krijg je alleen een link naar de FAQ. De redenen die daar genoemd worden zijn echter niet van toepassing.

Ook is de terugbetaling van het afgeschreven bedrag met iDeal betaling nog niet binnen.

Update: na iets meer dan 14 dagen is iDeal terugbetaling ontvangen.

Extreem hoog "computer says no" gehalte.
