I placed an order for 2 flipper zero units on may 15th because they stated that there are stock available for my country. The next day the order appeared as confirmed and i got a tracking number. The tracking shows that the shipment is registered but it was never given to the carrier. On june 14th i've opened a ticket with the support department and then received an automated reply. I couldn't talk to any person all this time.
I was considering to cancel the order if there is not stock available but... Surprise! The only way to ask for a refound is to return the items to have my money back but at this point they have the items and my money.

I ordered my Flipper expecting a quick turnaround, but the container it was shipped in was seized in customs. Took a bit longer than expected, but everything worked out in the end! My dolphin-toy hasn’t let me down since.

My Flipper arrived very fast only 4 days after i purchased. Very good shipping

Waited for over a month for my product that was sent to wrong country. Only running of their mouth from the customer service telling how i should be nice and patient and they have a lot of work to do.
Would never tell anyone to spend a dime on their products. I feel like the company has too good of a brand at the moment seeing how they handle things.

It's been 15 days and my order still has not been given to USPS or shipper, support told me to wait one full month from my order date and if it hasn't arrived by then they'll file a claim. Just give it to USPS!

Ordered mine the day before the LTT video with priority mail. Two weeks later it just got awaiting dispatch and my friend who ordered Monday of this week already has their shipped. No way to contact support, waiting weeks at a time after charging you is a practice I thought we left in the early 2000s.

I recently purchased a Flipper Zero, opting for the more expensive shipping option in hopes that it would arrive faster. Around the same time, my friend also bought a Flipper Zero, but chose the regular, less expensive shipping method. Much to my surprise and disappointment, my friend has already received their package, while my order status has been stuck on "Awaiting Dispatch by Warehouse" for two weeks now.

This situation feels like a joke. I paid extra for shipping, only to end up waiting longer than someone who went with the cheaper option. I am extremely dissatisfied with this company's shipping process and I cannot recommend them based on my experience. Beware of paying more for expedited shipping, as it may not actually result in faster delivery.

First been waiting like 7+ days because of some "bug" and my order was like dead after that waiting more than 6days with status "Awaiting Dispatch by Warehouse" and no any updates, feeling like this will never come to my hands. Better don't buy if you don't like to wait for it like 2 months!
