Absolutely superb customer service
Absolutely superb customer service, I needed to find coal black for a design project. I emailed late one night, couldn't believe I received an immediate response and by a Miracle they found me the paint.

I was rescued by Carlotte from the Customer Services Department of Fusion Mineral Paints. I was trying to complete a project and needed a specific colour which was nowhere to be found. Charlotte managed to track a supply doen for me and I have managed to complete the project. I was introduced to Fusion paints at an arts and craft session given as a present and I have been very pleased with the results to date .
