These guys are a dream to deal with. From start to finish they have provided the best customer service I have experienced in a long while. When most organisation's have no idea what customer service is, dealing with HAVWOODS ACCESSORIES is just a pleasure. Big shout out to Lisa in the team as well. Oh and their products aren't half bad either!

The friendliness of the staff over the telephone and their ability to answer all my questions was a breath of fresh air in this day of online anonymous companies.
The delivery was as promised the next day. I cannot fault the service or the products.

Unreliable delivery
Placed an order was told and expected delivery the following day. Waited all day and it didn’t arrive, tracking info was useless as it stated delivery had been attempted and no one was in. You can’t get any info from the help line or website. I have been ordering goods from Havwoods Accessories for decades and deliveries have become appallingly unreliable, no more orders from me any longer I’m afraid. I just can’t afford for goods not to arrive when promised!
