Absolutely hopeless
Absolutely hopeless. They don’t even know the products they are selling. Don’t fall into the trap of thinking this company is Havwoods Flooring, because they aren’t. I ended up getting the advice I needed to restore my Havwoods floor from Havwoods Technical.

Good service
Products came on time, and products were as advertised. It is good you can get your order the next day if you want. Delivery charges can be a bit steep but otherwise a good service.

I had a really easy time getting some worthwhile advice from Lisa at Preston. I’ve left with everything I need and a place to come back for support.
I would highly recommend paying them a visit. Easily worth the drive from Manchester. Now my first point of call for these supplies.

First time I've bought from Havwoods…
First time I've bought from Havwoods Accessories and wont be the last. I found them helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant to deal with and competitive on price. Also had next day delivery but found that slightly expensive compared to other companies. However Highly Recommended.

Items were dispatched on time as detailed.
Courier did not deliver them but damaged them in transit
Contacted supplier and they replaced immediatly without argument. Items sent by different courier and were delivered next day. Fantastic service from customer support
