Ordered a carpet
Ordered a carpet. Paid a deposit. Told them we wanted it fitting when we returned from hols 2 weeks later. Paid in full.
Got a call whilst in the airport saying they didn't have the carpet, but you can come in and choose another. Not happy.

We were looking for lino for my 83yr old mums kitchen. Fran dealt with us to start , she was professional and friendly and showed us loads of examples and we went through the pricing and bought what she liked. Although there was a wait to fit Paul squeezed us in the week after and came out to measure up properly on the same day . The price we had agreed to start with was not including fitting but it wasn't stated that when we purchased it. I spoke to Paul regarding this and he was very understanding and offered a discount. Because he had rectified the issue and the fitters did a good job I would recommend this store. I would purchase again from them
