Floor Street Opiniones

Davinder was a great help. Everything was easy to do and stress free. Delivered in good time too. All round very happy with floor street and would use their services again.

Sean was amazing from the outset, got in contact to provide us the the best deal possible to get the new flooring for our first home! Thanks again Sean

I messaged Floor Street’s customer service team via WhatsApp to enquire about pricing. Sean was really helpful and made sure I got the best price for the flooring I wanted. Thank you!

Fantastic customer service from Sean he has gone above and beyond to help with my enquires regarding ordering herringbone laminate flooring and recommended a good match for the underlay , floor dividers and beading . He has asked for videos and detailed information and taken his time to guide me. After contacting a number of flooring companies I have gone ahead and ordered my Flooring with floor street and highly recommend this company for excellent customer service . I will also leave a review once my flooring has been delivered and laid .
Many thanks

Sean was incredibly efficient and very responsive via whatsapp. Nothing to fault.

I’ve had herringbone laminate in my living room for 3 years now and it’s been excellent, now time to test their LVT in the kitchen.

Extremely helpful from start to finish! Thank you

I sent a message to their WhatsApp at 8pm on a Thursday evening expecting an automated reply, so I was really pleasantly surprised when Sean got back to me in under 45 minutes!

Sean was brilliant from start to finish - super helpful, quick to answer questions, and gave great advice. Since we were unsure about matching stair risers, he recommended the best product for us, and he even arranged to split our delivery because we’re renovating in two phases and short on storage space. By 11am the next morning, we had our order placed with a fantastic deal for our entire downstairs SPC flooring, including the stairs. We can’t wait to receive our first delivery next week!

The sample delivery was fast, the prices are great, and the customer service is top-notch. I’ll definitely be recommending Floor Street (and Sean!) to family and friends. 5 stars all round!

Davinder from Floor Street was so helpful in assisting me with my flooring choice, delivery and ensuring I secured my product at the best possible rate. It honestly did not feel like I was dealing with a stranger who just wanted to make a sale. Overall had a lovely, pleasant and personal experience from start to finish. Highly recommend

Great customer service from Tony! Decided to lay the floor myself, failed slightly, needed only a few extra slats, not a whole box and Tony fulfilled the request for free, happy DIYer and from now on I'll be measuring four times!

Just had a great experience dealing with this company, particularly Sean, always quick to respond, always helpful and never pushy. In the current marketplace with what seems like hundreds of suppliers of flooring, it was refreshing to deal with a real person. Well done Sean!

Wonderful company who go above and beyond. We ordered the Desert Oak Herringbone floor, which is absolutely stunning. Great quality and great price,

I bought the 125mm brushed and oiled oak planks. What a great product.
Had a couple of issues but both Davinder and Sean had me covered and resolved everything brilliantly. 10/10 for customer service and satisfaction.
I can’t rate Floorstreet highly enough.
Great product, great price and great overall experience.

Really impressed with the service from Floor Street and especially Davinder.

From the moment I ordered a sample, Davinder has been my direct point of contact and has been brilliant throughout. He’s always been quick to respond, easy to deal with and genuinely helpful without ever making the process feel pressured.

When we were ready to order, he talked me through the amount of flooring we’d need, including allowing for wastage and off-cuts, and got us the best price he could.

It’s the kind of personal customer service that makes a big purchase feel much easier. A special mention to Davinder — an absolute credit to Floor Street and a pleasure to deal with.

Looking forward to receiving the flooring and seeing it all fitted!

Great service so far, Sean helped me with the order and was very prompt throughtout. Sean's customer service so far has been execellent

Had a great experience dealing with Sean. I reached out through WhatsApp on a Sunday afternoon, maybe expecting a reply on Monday. Sean responded quickly to all my questions and I had my order placed that evening. Awaiting my delivery this week but a very good experience of customer support and the ordering process.

Sean has been really helpful answering questions and providing vital information to get our flooring ordered. We don’t have the flooring yet, but the sample was a great size and felt really good quality.

Fantastic service from Davinder @floorstreet

Helpful guidance, great advice and quick delivery.

Davinder was very helpful and a really nice guy to deal with. Would recommend Floor Street to anyone.

It was great dealing with Sean who calculated how much carpet was required and responded swiftly to any queries. We're looking forward to receiving it now.
