Davinder has been fantastic from the very start. He was incredibly helpful in arranging samples for us and patiently answered all of our questions. He was never pushy and gave us the time we needed to make our decision.

When we were finally ready to place our order, he made the whole process so easy. He was also incredibly quick to respond, which was a huge help as we were working to a tight timescale.

Sean provided a great service, he was knowledgeable about the flooring we purchased and timely in his responses.

Sean was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the different flooring options and was able to help us make the best decision for our budget. He is also very responsive when you have a query and his persistent helped us in deciding to go with Floorstreet. I have no complaints about the customer service we have received

Great and quick customer service! I asked a few questions via whatsapp on availability following a sample being received (London Oak Engineered), which was responded to immediately, more than likely out of hours on a Sunday evening by Sean. After a reassuring chat, an invoice was prepared with payment made the following morning. Flooring due to arrive on Thursday this week. Hassle free ordering with essentially one click payment. Couldn't have been easier and thanks again to Sean.

I purchased from this company during their sale and I’m very happy with my purchase. The customer support was also excellent, and Sean was incredibly quick and helpful, which made everything much easier for me.

Steer clear, terrible service from start to finish

We ordered flooring from this company and received confirmation that it would be delivered between 9am and 6pm on Thursday. Based on this, we arranged for someone to fit the flooring from the following Monday.

Thursday came and went with no delivery, yet that evening we received an email stating that our order had been delivered.

I called the following morning to find out what had happened and found the customer service incredibly rude and unhelpful. I was eventually called back and told that the flooring was actually out of stock and wouldn’t be available for another 2-3 weeks. They even said they had no idea how I’d been able to order it through their own website in the first place.

There was no apology, no attempt to resolve the situation and no helpful alternative offered, so I cancelled the order and requested a full refund.

A week later, having still received nothing, I called again to chase the refund, only to be told that nobody had actually processed it. After more chasing, I finally received my money back another week later.

From taking an order for stock they apparently didn’t have, falsely notifying me that it had been delivered, to then failing to process my refund, the whole experience was appalling.

Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere. I certainly wouldn’t use this company again.

Excellent customer service from Sean, who helped throughout the process from checking in to see if our samples arrived to ensuring we got our runner ordered and delivered in time. Highly recommened.
