They are knock offs from China.
The item took nearly 2 weeks to arrive, when it came it was a very poor fit and extremely poor quality given the price tag.

When I requested a return they stated ‘a dress being a poor fit and not suiting me is not a valid reason for a return’ offering me store credit or 20% off my next order.

They need closing down! Disgusting.

This company is operating a scam. Don’t buy anything from them. Quality is shocking and they will NOT refund you. They need to be shut down.

Awful scam - the dress was just terrible, tons of loose threads, very poor quality zip and waaay too big despite measuring myself with their guidelines. These guys are having a laugh. I've asked for a refund but can see that many others have done the same without luck.

Took 3 weeks to arrive. Came in the wrong colour. They then apologised and claim they had posted the correct colour. Then they emailed saying its not in stock and i need to choose a different colour??? wtf.

Ignore the fake story on their website - there’s no mother and daughter who set this business up in 1989. There’s no Oxford st boutique. This is a Chinese scam company masquerading as a UK based company.

Items are cheap knock offs, they are not like the pictures (think of the quality level you get from Wish or similar)

If you think ‘I’ll give them a go and can always return the item if I don’t like it’ - just don’t. To return you have to email them - they will try over and over to get you not to. They offer money off, store credit, gifts etc. When you finally get them to agree to take the return, they tell you that you are liable for return postage to China (and it has to be tracked) which they know darn well most people won’t bother with due to the cost. Suddenly when it comes to returns, that strong UK tie suddenly disappears and they don’t have a UK base to accept the return to (shockingly not even that ‘Oxford st boutique’ they claim to have).

Just don’t. Don’t do it. If you want cheaper items, just go to Primark - even their questionable quality is better and at least you can get a refund.

If I could score 0 I would. I ordered some sandals that have arrived looking nothing like the quality shown on the picture. I believed I was buying a sale item that was discontinued to £22. They are not worth £5.

Drop shipping shit from China, polyester which should have been linen and three weeks to deliver. Stay away from this company at all costs

Not until you order do you find out they’re not in London but in fact coming from china. A month to arrive and terrible quality. Nothing like the photos

Arrived much later than the eta. Very poor quality for the price.

Product that arrived was a cheaply made replica of the version advertised. Returns need to be shipped internationally, which leaves you with very few routes to get a refund.

Took over a month to arrive. Very poor quality and thin material - definitely won’t use again.

I ordered the dress and it came too big, so the customer service have been super helpful in getting back to me to arrange an alternative size to be sent through.

The dress is as described and I am happy with my purchase!

Do not buy from this company it's a complete con. They use images from other websites then copy the designs. The website implies its a UK company but the clothes come from China. Really badly made. Also they don't give refunds on sale items yet everything is in the sale on the website.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! The items that arrived looked nothing like the website. They were terrible quality and most were damaged. When I tried to return them for a refund, the company then told me I could only get store credit. When I complained they would only refund me if I paid for return postage at great expense. I’m yet to receive my refund. Just don’t do it!

To be honest I wasnt happy with the dress I ordered and wanted to retun it. The team offered alternatives which I eventually accepted. Everyone I dealt with was mannerable, respectful, friendly and quick to respond . Great team!

I recently ordered a dress from Florence & Mae, the company kept me updated on the delivery time and it arrived in a reasonable time. Although I liked the dress it wasn't a great fit for me so requested a refund or exchange. Their communication has been excellent, with rapid very polite responses to my emails. I am now in the process of exchanging and would definitely re-order from this company.

As with many reviews on here, unfortunately mine will be the same. Took over a month to come then quality was awful considering the amount I’d paid for the items. I tried to cancel as it was taking so long but I’d been informed my package had already been sent so it couldn’t be stopped. Packaging was shocking. Applied for a refund and now requesting photos. I was charged £70 for a shirt and shorts co-ord but found it on another website for £28. That is still too much as quality is horrific. Absolutely gutted that things like this are still about and happening

this is an absolute scam of a site guys, be aware and do not order from them. The clothes I recieved (3x Linen shirts and some shorts) were absolutely terrible. they were supposed to be 'premium' but there was absolutely nothing premium about them, terrible quality, poor materials and not as described at all.

Customer services gave me the run around and I had to demand a return address 4 times to get a form to complete.
