This is the second time I’ve used Florida Frames recently. The first time I didn’t receive any verification of my purchase or notic of when the frame would be ready. After almost two weeks I contacted you and you said it was just going out. It’s nice to be given updates and timing for nailing. This time the frame came within a week but again there wasn’t a notice that it was on the way. It was only because I called I found out. I just wish you would keep me advised.
