What fantastic customer service! We really couldn’t have asked for more from Sarah.
We had an urgent dilemma regarding our tickets for our upcoming holiday and, as the office was closed, we sent an email explaining the situation. We had been stressing about it all day when, completely unexpectedly, we received a phone call from FloridaTix. Sarah went above and beyond to help resolve our issue and we honestly couldn’t be more grateful.
Thanks to her, we can now relax and look forward to our trip to Florida! We have always used FloridaTix and will absolutely continue to recommend them to our friends and family.

Park tickets
Iv ordered of different site for park tickets before but would just like to say wot an absolutely pleasure it was dealing with this company Floridatix. The lady called Sarah was amazing. So helpful. Very polite and at no point did she try to push us in trying to purchase our tickets. And that’s normally wot iv experienced from other sites. But not this lady. Cannot praise Sarah enough. Floridatix I very much highly recommend. And a great discount for our party of 7. Many thanks.
