Amazing customer service and beautiful product.
I have asked for a older puzzle which we bought 4 years ago and lost a piece from it. Lynda went over and beyond to try to find one for us. Unfortunately she was not able to but send our son different puzzle and as a bonus an umbrella in the same print.
They are just brilliant like their long lasting products.

Have used this company a couple of times now. We love the paint pads (among other things) and the customer service is first class.

I emailed the company about packaging (I’d bought the item through Amazon but had to return it as it was damaged). I received an immediate reply so I then ordered the item from Floss and Rock. It came the next day, well packaged and in perfect condition. Fantastic service!

There was an issue with the rucksack we received as a present. Customer services were so brilliant at sorting a replacement. The rucksack is great op. Quality zip! And my son gets compliments on how unique it is!

Great quality water bottles, my son loves them. We’ve gone though so many different brands over the years and these are by far the best quality. I also had an issue with the lid and the team at Floss & Rock were superb and resolved it really quickly. I’d highly recommend them and their products (especially the bottles).

Delivery was quick, but unfortunately my package arrived damaged. I contacted them by e mail, and immediately they were so apologetic and sent an immediate replacement, great customer service!. The toy was the perfect present for my grandson, well made and very colourful and tactile.
