I absolutely love Floss and Rock
I absolutely love Floss and Rock - all of their items are gorgeous! I first discovered their “safari collection” with their matching card sets and the magnetic scenes and wow they are all so so beautiful! The quality and attention to detail is amazing - these products also a great gift idea and would make any child so happy to receive! Thank you Floss and Rock!

Excellent customer service
After complaining about a product we received that didn’t work properly, the customer care we received was just wonderful! Not only did we get a new product that works perfectly we also received a free transfer fun book, which my daughter has loved doing. Thank you for your care and attention

Products great. Nice to find a tin tea set rather than a plastic one.
Delivery was a little slow but I think that is due to Royal Mail.

Website was user friendly
Website was user friendly and items ordered were nicely made, colourful and arrived very quickly. Loved the way they were wrapped with a bow but would have given five stars if I could have examined my purchases without spoiling the look when removing ribbon. Would recommend
