Very fast and easy to process, delivered same day as stated. The only thing that I might want to improve is, I checked "Florist's Choice" so the flowers sent were just daisies and colored carnations. For $60.00, I think they might have used some more varieties of flowers. They were arranged in an attractive way.

I was given two $50.00 credits to use but they will not let you use them together. There are very few items I can purchase with this because of all the hidden fees. The one I find the most frustrating is the charge of $8.00 to make sure your plant or arrangement is fresh and alive!!!!

After some searching I found it frustrating that other websites wouldn't allow me to pay by card simply because they had no options to include a zip code outwith the USA which was very disappointing since I was in the UK, trying to send flowers to my girlfriend in the states.
FDE, on the other hand has a very user friendly site which allowed me to pick the perfect gift and also offered a 4 hour delivery service (which I made use of). Thank you for providing an excellent service that warmed two hearts and put a smile on both our faces. Will definitely use again.

I ordered a Campanula flowering plant in honor of my mother's birthday. She passed in March. I upgraded the plant to the next level expense.

I wanted it delivered on her birthday, May 27 & specified that.
It was delivered on May 23rd. That made me very sad. I wanted to surprise my family on her birthday.

When I saw a picture of the plant, I was very disappointed. It was smaller than I thought it would be for $90 & was very scraggly.

All in all, I was very disappointed.

We realized on a Friday night that we needed to have a Saturday morning delivery at a funeral across the country. The task was completed with five minutes work on my computer. I highly recommend this vendor.

Accidentally ordered the wrong arrangement style and called customer service. They took care of it promptly and professionally.

Not delivered by promised date. Cheap arrangement for premium price. No response in inquiry by phone and email. Expensive mistake. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS COMPANY - SCAM!
