So easy to install.

So easy to install. Plus, although the filter fits on the spout, it doesn’t impede the putting of dishes in the sink. Happy with our purchase.

Be prepared to grow old waiting for your filter

Placed my order 24 days ago and stil have no idea when I will receive my order.
They sent me an email asking how I was enjoying my filter, when I said what filter? They gave me a 10% refund. But I still don't have my order.

16th April, I have now received my filter (not yet fitted) and FlowPure have issued a further refund and are sending me some free filter cartridges.

They have responded well the my issued and I am happy with what they have offered. I will update further once I have fully tried out the unit.

Hi Mark, really sorry for the frustration this has caused and thanks for your patience.

There has been a temporary delay with some international shipments due to wider logistics disruptions, which can sometimes slow down delivery times depending on the route and carrier movement. That’s likely why your order is taking longer than expected.

I live in Scotland everybody drink from…

I live in Scotland everybody drink from the tap, I didn't see any issues and now when I tried this filter the water change a bit and then back warser then before because they want you to keep buying filter and to be with them the rest of your life.

I’d like to clarify that the filter cartridges are designed to be replaced every 3 months to keep performance at its best. In some cases, the taste and water experience can also vary depending on your local water quality and how much the filter has been used.

Great product

Fast delivery, so easy to install & within a week we have already noticed a difference in the purity of our water - the filter is already showing what it’s removing! So impressed.

All Shipped from china and just a rebranded item you can find for half the price elsewhere

I was under the impression that this was a UK company and shipped from the uk. After receiving my tracking number from a Chinese delivery service I instantly regretted my purchase. Not to mention after realising I can also buy this exact item elsewhere online with 4 filters for £15 and next day delivery. Unlike flowpures "offer" of the item and 2 free filters which were supposedly free? Why was I under the impression I would be getting at least 3 filters? But no. All for £44 shocking. I instantly cancelled my subscription the day the item arrived. Does this item filter water? Maybe. Maybe not. Who really knows as the company address is a shell business address and doesn't look like a business to me. Maybe if It wasn't overpriced for a re branded item and timescale wasn't still in the water I wouldn't have been so disappointed and feel ripped off. I would recommend this item from amazon. Just not from this brand or any other that sticks they're brand name on it and charges over double the price.

To clarify, FlowPure is a UK based brand, however some of our components including packaging are manufactured in China, and some orders are shipped directly from there depending on stock availability and fulfillment location. This allows us to keep production consistent and ensure availability, but we completely understand how receiving a tracking number from a Chinese courier could feel unexpected.

Regarding pricing, our product is not just a rebranded item. It is manufactured specifically for FlowPure and includes quality controlled components, warranty coverage, and ongoing customer support that is included with every purchase. I tried to put a new filter in and now the whole thing is leaking everywhere and it won't tighten it has been fine until I changed the filter please contact me to rectify this

Excellent product and customer service

They have a wonderful product. Well made and easy to attach to the tap. Delighted with it and to having the reassurance of drinking purer water. When I contacted customer service with regard to a misplaced order they were responsive and rectified the problem effectively and efficiently. Highly recommended on all fronts.

I think the system is good

I think the system is good, it works well and looks good. It is peace of mind to know you and your family are drinking filtered water. The customer service is absolutely excellent, if you should need to contact them.

Quality product and customer service

i'm actually extremely happy with both our filter and the customer service. Our filtered water tastes much better than tap water in my area.
I was very sceptical about the fact that the company did not advertise a phone number, which is usually a red flag. However , my experience with their customer service exchanges and addressing of problems has been excellent.
