Poor customer service
Took nearly 3 weeks to arrive and customer service is shocking! Didn't fit my tap and was taking too long to respond so just returned which I need to pay for return then I didn't receive full refund for some strange reason.

I love the product. I've never drank so much water it tastes amazing!
I love the product, my tap water tastes amazing it's so crystal clear. I can't believe how I was actually drinking it before I discovered this product. I have been using it for roughly 8 - 9 months. I had a leak in one of the valves. When I contacted the company they sent me a new one out free of charge.
Very happy with the customer service and brilliant product. Very happy customer.
My brother has bought one too and my parents who all are really impressed.

Love it
I purchased the tap filter 2 months ago. You can smell, taste and feel the difference. Water doesn't have chlorine smell and my hands feel soft after washing. I can now use tap water for cooking with peace of mind - should have got this year's ago, thank u 😊

FlowPure Tap Filter
Everything was delivered promptly as promised and exceeded expectations in just how clean and fresh every glass of water tastes!! Blends in perfectly with my stainless steel tap and sink. Super easy installation and helpful prompt communication from u.k base. Im in Australia by the way. I drink more than 5 litres a day and have completely overhauled how i live into completely clean diet, thanks in large part to my FlowPure filter system. I order replacement filters every 4 months on subscription and it works magnificently. So happy with my choice, and i also bought a stainless flow water bowl for my dogs that has a filtration system and is filled from my FlowPure water. So my whole family is living healthier now, and life is going great!

Customer service responding very quickly, friendly and helpful

Big improvement in water taste.
The filter works very well and was very easy to fit. The water is much nicer. I just have a slight complaint about the communication between us, it was rather confusing when I was asked to complete my order when I had already done so.
