I ordered 2 gigs bit service and it was under 500Gps.

I ordered 2 gigs bit service and it was installed on 24th march tech came yesterday 25th march he took long time to connect then speed reached was 450Gps down load and 340Gps uploads. I told him take your stuff and you may leave I don’t want your service in the mean time some other tech came says I want to complete the paper work I told him that it did not reach the 2giga bit as per my order. I said no take your equipment and leave he called some one he said that some one will come to get the equipment later but why they left equipment. I gave one star but they don’t deserve one even. I am retired Engineer. They tried to convince me that your system is not compatible I did trouble shooting my self in front of them then they said this is the maximum you can get. Service is not good at all. Down load and upload was fluctuating not smooth.

Best ISP experience I've ever had

Best ISP experience I've ever had! We've been dealing with horrible service from the 2 options we have in our area that are NOT fiber. Flume made the sign up smooth, and the install tech was professional and just a nice guy. We've had the service for a few months and had one connectivity issue. We called Flume and the customer service person, Daniel, was able to resolve it. Thanks Flume!

Billing and customer service is a joke

Internet works ok, but I honestly don't notice any improvement from when I had a slower speed plan with Spectrum. That's not my issue. The big problem with Flume is they never send us a bill, a statement or even charge the card we have on file. We have been customers since June of 2025 and they never once billed us. I have to take time out of my day, chasing them down just to pay the damn thing! Such a hassle that I am considering canceling service. Not worth the headache.

there is zero customer service

there is zero customer service. If you have a problem with the device, you will only be able to communicate with AI. If you do get to the point where the AI cannot help you, then you will be directed to sign up for an "appointment." which does not include a human being talking to you. this appointment will be during business hours so you will have to take a day off. Additionally, the batteries are weak, off brand and over priced. you will use a lot of them. Apparently this is how they make their money

Flume does not provide phone or chat support

Flume does not provide phone, or live chat support. Only email chat, which takes hours to receive the answer, making it impractical to run to the computer from the meter location area every step of the way. The unit failed, and the replacement unit did not include instructions for replacement. Instead, new installation instructions were provided, but they do not work once you are registered. Dozens of emails later, I still cannot reinstall the device.

Dont use them

Dont use them.

They have zero support person avail at their number +18559135863. Call anytime. You need to leave a msg to get a call back few hrs later. It’s like they only hired 5ppl to work support.

False promises. Internet has been having issues for months. It takes 2wks+ to schedule for tech support to come out.

It’s beyond unacceptable. Will be filing complaint to FCC.

Wasnt sure if we should switch

Wasnt sure if we should switch, but so glad we did. We're paying half of what we were paying our previous provider, install was quick and easy, the Flume tech Mohammed was great, and we havent had any issues since signing up. Definitely recommend subscribing!

What a terrible company

What a terrible company. Their customer service is absolutely a nightmare to deal with and they’re not reliable at all. I’d rather pay more money to have a reliable internet service than having to deal with their terrible customer service ever again. If you are considering to switch your internet service to Flume, PLEASE DON’T. Your money is too valuable to spend it on this terrible company.

Flume Never

We switched to fiber optic through Flume in August 2024 in Simi Valley, ca. We had four internet outages in five months, the last one lasted five days. Flume has the worst customer service ever. Since their headquarters is in NY, nobody responses to your phone calls after 2:00 pm pacific time on weekdays. Also, no customer service ever on weekends.
We switched back to Verizon and will never ever go back to Flume. Such an irresponsible, lousy, cheap company.

Reliable - Friendly - Fast!

Really great service all around! I went for the free month and 1 GB service. No extra fees, none of that bull the big companies have us used to. Love it so far!

So glad I made the switch! The support team and technician who installed my service we're very friendly and professional. They answered all my questions with patience and kindness. The service itself is PERFECT! Superfast and able to handle all my devices in the home. Thanks again Flume team!
