Stealing $39.99 a month from husband- it’s not a subscription IF THEY NEVER SEND YOU ANYTHING OR GIVE U ACCESS TO A SERVICE OR SELL ANYTHING IN THAT PRICE RANGE! This is data farming and theft! Not sure if we ever even ordered from them, have never ordered a stuffed animal. Call your bank and report as fraudulent and get a new card right away if you see this on your statement. OUR BANK LITERALLY FLAGGED IT AFTER THEY EVENTUALLY TRIED TO UP THE CHARGE FROM $39.99 to $60! Fkn GREEDY pieces of scamming shit- beware!!

I really thought this was a good site. I bought my sister one of the stuffed animals after her husband died. I’m still waiting for it to arrive. I ordered it on April 1st, they said 7 to 10 days. Ok today being the 11th, it’s already late, or lost in transit. To top it off I was scrolling through my phone and all of a sudden a prompt pops up trying to charge me an additional $39.99, but thank God my cc company blocked it. Please watch your charges from this company. The first and only one I bought was priced at $10 and they charged me $20. Not sure how legit this company is. Please be careful folks.

Company is still taking money out of my account each month .. STOP IT I am going to report to Better Business Beau. I have not order anything from this company since Nov. 2024. They owe me $119.94

My husband bought an otter from this company. Hidden in the terms and conditions is a subscription. Finally got it cancelled today but they stole nearly 80 dollars from our account for said subscription. What sort of a subscription it was I was never told. Said they were going to refund but didn't state for what. We shall see.

Beware. Bought my daughter a teddy, the hardest most scary bear I've ever held. Not only that, the bear was $9.99, by the time it reached there was £22 postage, as if that was not bad enought by agreeing the terms & conditions you enter the "VIP", for the unavoidable cost of £33.29. You are warned.

Scam, i order and it costed 20$ got taken 50$!
