Expired tea with no communication

I ordered some boneset tea from Amazon to help with my healing broken ankle. I received my package after 2 weeks and upon reviewing the package today, I noticed there is no expiration date or lot number. They both say XX XX. I tried to contact them via Amazon and was told since this product is not returnable, I cannot contact ZooScape. I went to their website to send them a message and see if I could find the same tea, and it’s not even available on their website! I also could not find anywhere that would allow me to leave a message or call them.

Awful Experience

I purchased Flower Pollen from this seller. The product I received was not Flower Pollen. Instead, it was a white coarse acidic powder. I tried contacting the seller but had no response.
I contacted Amazon and Amazon contacted the seller. The seller then communicated with me and promised a full refund. 24 days later, no communication from the seller and no refund. This seller cannot be trusted.

Why all the bad reviews?

I don't understand all the bad reviews.
I've ordered Fructose Sugar from Zooscape 3 times.
Aside from the high shipping and handling price, my product has arrived within a few days.
Never a problem.
This time, I received a signed thank you note to me from Francisca...Fran.
I thought that was nice.
I will continue to order from Francisca at Zooscape...although I have no idea why it's named Zooscape?

I have been ordering Chicory root 450…

I have been ordering Chicory root 450 mg. for quite a while through Walmart. I am completely satisfied, the order comes to me in the correct amount of time, usually 1 1/2 to 2 weeks. The chicory root helps greatly with my inflamation... I have rheumatoid arthritis. Thank you for your great service and great product !

I ordered one bottle of Ancho Honey Citrus Spice and it arrived half full. I sent a couple of emails with pictures since the bottle was still sealed, but received no response. I will not order from them again.

The company made good on their promises

So initially I was very frustrated with them after not receiving my order for clavo huska which was placed on amazon.com. tracking said that it was in shipping with the USPS, but I couldn't get any straight answer as to when I could expect the delivery. I reached out to the company a couple times and voiced my concern. A few days later I received a courtesy reship from the company with the two bottles I had originally ordered. Although I was initially frustrated they went ahead and made it right despite it being the fault of the US postal system. This is my fourth order from them and I will continue to order with them in the future.

In all fairness, a follow up to the review about the wrong order. After many phone calls both to Zooscape and to Walmart, and NEVER GETTING AN EMAIL OR CALL BACK FROM ZOOSCAPE, on my doorstep about a week ago was a box from Zooscape with a complimentary jar of the product I never received. Walmart did finally refund my money. Thanks for the complimentary jar of product, but you never returned any of my communication. I did go online to try to order the product again directly from Zooscape, I got a message that the site was not secure. Common sense told me not to place an order with Zooscape and I never again want to deal with Walmart. Score 0 for both.

BUYER BEWARE!
I ordered an item from them through Walmart.com. The tracking status remained the same for 3 weeks, "label created but package not received by usps". I contacted Walmart. They wrote to Zooscape copying me. No response. I chatted with Walmart customer service tonight and received a refund.
I went to Zooscape.com, (listed here) and it appears they're website is down. It appears they are out of business.

I ordered Tapioca from them a week ago through Amazon. My order arrived today as promised. Reading through the reviews I have noticed that ordering through Walmart might not be the best way to go. Try ordering through Amazon.

Would give zero stars if that were possible. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.Ordered smoothie mixes through Walmart. Two arrived; one didn't. Contacted Walmart via email twice; Walmart forwarded my emails to Zooscape, contacted Zooscape LLC by email twice, Zooscape LLC via phone twice. Note one single response to six attempts. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them.

No answer for 3 weeks re: missing items

Ordered through WalMart: 2 ordered of 2-pack semolina flour. Only received 3 packages. How does 2 x 2 pk. = 3 ???? Tried to resolve through a few contacts with WalMart, but no luck. Been waiting three weeks. Avoid this seller!!
