I paid for my product on 12th December and since have heard nothing . I have contacted them several times by email , no effective response always ask for the same information but not a solution or answer !

SCAM!!!
I placed an order with this company and was automatically enrolled in a monthly payment subscription without my consent. Fortunately, I noticed it immediately and cancelled it, but this alone is highly deceptive.
My order was placed in October 2024. After repeatedly following up, Fluxiva informed me that the package had been returned to the seller due to an “incorrect address.” At no point was I contacted by the courier or by Fluxiva regarding any delivery issue, nor was I offered any alternative solution.
I requested a full reimbursement, and since then I have been emailing their customer service continuously with no response whatsoever. The complete lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and feels deliberately misleading. I strongly caution others before purchasing from this company.

Put in 2 orders only ever received the 1. Emailed and used their contact form numerous times , only had one response which was asking what the order number was, despite the info being on every correspondence. Very poor

Shockingly bad from start to finish.
When I originally ordered the first time it ended up subscribing me to a monthly deduction without asking or mentioning this. I have never received the original product despite numerous follow ups. I have requested a refund but again no response from customer service.
