is the company going bankrupt..?
It was my first time booking with flydubai and I must say, they have the worst website experience ever. They also have no real customer service.
A general email query takes over a week to respond and even then the response was basically "I don't know. We are busy. Please visit or call our travel shops."
Their travel shops have a dozen numbers and all of them waste your time and money with automated recordings and HANGS UP itself after few minutes of no agent picking it up.
Additionally, they change the times and dates often and issue the refund upon cancellation with their own voucher. No cash refund.
It seems this middle eastern company is going bankrupt. I will never use these scummy thing ever.
