Chaos .Dziwne automaty do wydrukowania biletów — większość ludzi nie wie, o co w ogóle chodzi. Mój bagaż miał 21 kg, a automat pokazał, że mam za dużo. No cóż, otworzyłam torbę, wyjęłam rzeczy, założyłam pięć bluzek i od razu 1 kg mniej. To jest chore. Przecież i tak ten 1 kg zabiorę ze sobą. Jak inni ważą 150 kg, to jest OK, a u mnie o 1 kg afera.

Potem pani z okienka mówi, żebym szła z tą torbą do różowego automatu… Okazało się, że trzeba iść do innego różowego, gdzie odbierają i skanują bagaż. Ja się pytam: po co tam stoi przy kontenerze tyle pracowników?

Potem dostajesz jakiś kawałek papieru, który nie wygląda jak bilet, tylko jak paragon, gdzie większość jest napisana w ich języku. Nie ma informacji, na jaką halę iść do security. Masakra — tak długo jeszcze u nikogo się nie odprawiałam. Stoisz w kolejce do automatu, potem automat mówi, że masz 1 kg za dużo, potem do nich po informację, potem gdzieś oddać torbę… A do tego bilet ekonomiczny do Tokio za 170 euro — coś okropnego. Jeszcze nigdy tak długo się nie odprawiałam.

Be careful!

My recent experience with Peach Aviation left me genuinely saddened and disappointed.
I travel a lot, and flying has always been a normal part of my routine. Because of this, I know that delays and unexpected situations can happen, this is understandable. What is difficult to understand, however, is the lack of care and response from the company afterwards.
This flight was not only significantly delayed for 3h, which already disrupted my plans and caused additional stress( additional 150 euro for the taxi), but the onboard experience itself was also very uncomfortable due to an ongoing disturbance that made it impossible to rest after a long wait before departure.
What affected me the most was the way the situation was handled after I reported it. I was informed that the matter would be reviewed, yet there has been no meaningful follow-up since then. It feels as though my concerns as a passenger simply do not matter.
I understand that for a large airline, losing one customer may not seem important. But for me, as someone who flies frequently, it is truly a pity to have such an experience and to feel that the company makes no effort to support or even acknowledge the client afterwards.
I sincerely hope that in the future Peach Aviation will take passenger feedback more seriously and make real steps toward improving communication and customer care.

Whenever you can avoid them while flying in Japan and surrounding - avoid at any cost).

Peach Airline has terrible customer service. I tried to cancel my ticket, but the staff couldn’t help at all. Instead, they just told me to use another airline. I’ll never use Peach again — one bad ex

The staff at Peach have terrible customer service.
I tried to cancel my ticket, but they couldn’t help at all and didn’t even try to solve the problem.
They just told me to use another airline instead.
On top of that, most of the staff couldn’t speak English properly, which made communication very difficult.
I’ll never use Peach again — one bad experience was enough!

Worst airline in Japan

Worst airline in Japan, they sell as low-cost and they're nothing like that, high prices, bad platform with no indications and zero help on how to do check-in, awful planes with no space, no help or solutions given by the workers, who also speak no english at all, worst flying experience in my life, and I have flew with Ryanair.

I have used peach several times from…

I have used peach several times from Fukuoka to Tokyo. There have been problems every single time with check in machines not working or even a one hour delayed flight . Staff also don't speak or understand English and don't seem to process my Japanese. Peach is the worst. I reckon it's better to pay a bit more for a more reliable service.

Terrible experience

I purchased my ticket through Booking.com, where the baggage allowance was clearly indicated. However, once at the airport, Peach required a different baggage weight than what I had already paid for, forcing me to pay the difference directly at check-in. When I later requested a refund for this unfair charge, they refused to reimburse me for the amount I had been wrongly charged.

今回が私にとって日本で初めての国内線のフライトでしたが、Peach Aviationのサービスには本当にショックを受けました。最低限のホスピタリティはあるだろうと期待していましたが、実際には今までで最悪の航空体験となりました。

まず、手荷物の制限がわずか7kgというのは非常に厳しく、国内線の基準としても信じられません。たった2kg超過しただけで追加料金を取られました。このような厳格なルールと追加料金の請求は非常に不親切で、不公平に感じました。

さらに、2時間のフライトにもかかわらず、水すら提供されませんでした。飲み物も軽食も一切なし。まるで乗客への配慮をすべて切り捨てたようなサービスでした。

この体験は本当に残念で、不快な思いしか残っていません。今後Peachを利用することはもうないと思いますし、基本的なサービスや乗客への敬意を求める方には絶対におすすめできません。

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. We booked our flight form Kansai to New Chitose airport for the 16:20 flight. Due to aircraft issues we were rebooked to the 17:50 flight. After waiting for 90min at the airport with 2 small children we were refused to board the plane because we were again rescheduled for the 19:10 flight without any notice. Than the 19:10 flight was delayed too. When we asked to ground staff they refused to answer any of our questions. Really disappointed. Worst communication possible.

Complaint Regarding Severe Flight Delay, Lack of Communication

On June 14, 2025, I boarded a Peach Aviation flight from Okinawa to Osaka. What followed was hands down one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had.

The flight was supposed to depart at 13:45 and arrive at 15:55. Instead, we landed at 20:22 – after being trapped inside the plane on the tarmac for over 4.5 hours due to an unexplained technical issue.

During that time:

There was no clear information or communication from the airline.
The air conditioning failed in extreme heat – over 30°C inside the cabin.
Passengers were sweating and visibly distressed, with nothing but a paper cup of water offered.
Some even left the aircraft out of desperation – and received no help or rebooking support.
Upon arrival, no staff were present to assist or offer any form of apology.
This wasn’t just inconvenient – it was physically and emotionally exhausting, and completely mismanaged. I’ve flown budget airlines before, but this went beyond what’s acceptable.

What’s worse: there was zero accountability. No apology. No compensation. Just silence.

I expected better from an airline operating in Japan – a country known for precision, professionalism, and care. Instead, this experience felt careless, chaotic, and disrespectful to paying passengers.

Never again.
If you value your time and peace of mind, do yourself a favor and stay far away from Peach Aviation.

Worst airline I have travelled with…

Worst airline I have travelled with from Kansai, Japan. Rude, disrespectful and had disgusting customer service. I was travelling with my family, which included 3 kids. I have never felt so degraded from any airline until I travelled with Peach Airlines. I got shoved by one of their staff while I was checking my luggage while informing her what I was doing. They also refused to help me when I went to the kiosk when I requested. I would not recommend.

Best experence within low budge airlines

Before the flight I came here to check the comments and evaluatitions and reading through I thought than my vacation is ruined. Well... it was the opposite. Super service, nice people. Seamless check in process in the airport. Please check airline rules before you buy tickets and you will not have any problems! Flights were from Osaka to Okinawa and back.

Beware of Peach. You my screw your great time in Japan

I had a wonderful time in Japan indeed. But the finish was really disappointing. NEVER again I will fly with Peach. I have been travelling for 40 years and never have faced this bad treatment. We as a family had 3 carry ons with less than a kgr overweight each and a checkin luggage which was 6kgr UNDERweight. They insisted that either we move stuff from the carry ons to the checkin or check-in all the carry ons and pay for them!!! So I am in the middle of a long queue with my wife and two kids and they ask me to do this? Although in total we are underweighted. They barely speak English and we have to use Google translate to communicate, but I realize that they are like pre-programmed robots that are wired to say the same again and again and smile looking that they understand nothing that I explain. I paid off course but I promised to make sure that everyone I can will be informed NOT to fly Peach or risk of bad treatment

Don't fly with peach airline Please

I really regret choosing to fly with peach airline, my baggage is more than 7 kg. I don't mind paying at the check in counter, but they don't accept cash, only accept credit cards that I don't have, delay time and don't provide other solutions, until the last minute, take me to lawson for baggage delivery, and when I was going to pay for my bag delivery they said the plane had flown and I and my family couldn't fly and had to buy new tickets, even though I followed their instructions. they don't want to take responsibility at all. and they took my boarding pass without returning it to me.please never fly with peach airline so you don't regret it. thank you

Peach Aviation - worst company ever

BAD company. Truly wont recommend them to anyone. Cant reach them, no option for online check-in, closing the check-in counters before time and no representative is present to help.
Taking advantage of tourists as well.
*Do yourselves a favor and book from other companies even if its a bit more expensive- it will save you a lot of headaches and trouble.

I have taken many budget airlines…

I have taken many budget airlines around the world and Peach exceeded my expectations of what a budget airlines would be. Its a lot better than most budget airlines in Europe. Much cleaner, friendly staff. Only tried it for domestic flights in Japan though.
