We recently travelled to Africa with tickets booked through your company ( FLY SAFARY UK Ltd) and during this process we were assisted by one of your employees, Mr. Adam Ramzi. From the very beginning, he impressed us with his kindness, professionalism, and genuine care.
After our stay in Africa, when it was time to return to England on the 15th of August, we unfortunately encountered a major difficulty. Upon arrival in Morocco, we were informed that we had missed our flight and were told that the next available option would be on the 18th. This would have meant spending three days at the airport, with young children in our care.
Faced with this distressing situation, we reached out to Mr. Adam. The level of support he provided was extraordinary. He dedicated himself fully to resolving the issue, showing not only professionalism but also remarkable empathy and commitment. Thanks to his tireless efforts, we were successfully rebooked and able to travel on the 16th of August instead.
We cannot express enough how grateful we are for his invaluable assistance. Mr. Adam turned what could have been a very difficult and exhausting experience into a manageable one, and we feel extremely fortunate to have had his help.
Please accept our sincere appreciation, and we kindly ask that his exceptional service be recognised.
