Excellent customer service. Adam wasso helpful in sorting out flights to suit three people travelling. Made sure we all of the same flights. Flexible payment plan was also a great help. This is the umpteen time we have used (FLY SAFARI UK) and what another wonderful service. Communication was quick, efficient and efficient. Itinerary was very clear and concise.
I could not fault the whole team especially RAMZI (ADAM)who helped us out with every hurdle we faced to get this journey over the line.
Changes to the travel plan due to issue with the airline was handled extremely effectively,he is an angel sent from above.Adam is such a wonderful patient and welcoming young man i love you and i say thank you for your time and hard work.
It was a great experience to use (FLY SAFARI UK) and we will definitely use them again, excellent value for money I love you guys and i say a big thank you.
