Never ever book with this agent
Never ever book with this agent.
I called on Wednesday as my Etihad flight was pushed back and I cannot take that flight. I was told that the only option would be to take a refund or push back my flight. I am travelling for a wedding and therefore pushing back is not an option, but alternative flights are far more expensive.
As I explained to flysharp, Etihad have to offer rerouting. This is outlined clearly in UK261. The person I spoke to on Wednesday said they would speak to the legal department and get back to me regarding this within 24 hours. No one contacted me. This in itself is unacceptable customer service from flysharp.
Second, when I called today (Sunday) the person repeated the same information as above and did not even offer an apology for the fact that I did not receive a call back within 24 hours as promised. He again kept saying that I could not wait on hold for customer services to register this complaint of horrendous customer service and continued to try and end the call. After waiting only 8 minutes on hold he again tried to end the call. This is unacceptable customer service when I have said I am happy to wait - and of course I am happy to wait when despite promises of call backs, flysharps record of calling back when promised is dismal. He kept saying that other customers were waiting - suggesting that my complaint was not important at all. Shocking service.

Flysharp should not be allowed to operate
Due to war in Middle East I needed to contact flysharp about my upcoming flight. Initially I spoke to Felix who was very helpful and advised I wait and ring again later.
I rang several times, sent 5 emails but nobody ever gets back to you. I ran again and finally got through but because I was using a different phone number than I registered they refused to discuss my situation. There is absolutely no Custer service. They do not care about the customer once you've booked your flight. They should not be allowed to operate.

I booked a flight (Indigo) on cheap rate from them , but later they increased the layover time to 11:30 hours from less than 5hrs from my original booking without my consent and rescheduled my return. Initially they did not even bother to notify me on this change and when I contacted Flysharp they told someone will ring me back. But they never contacted me for this clarification and 5days prior to travel they send me an email notification confirming the change in time and to contact them back to know about other options. I tried to contact them back on the number they have mentioned and it keeps on going directly to voicemail. Later, I contacted Flysharp with alternate number, and they still told me the responsible person will ring me back as soon as possible. However, I send a reply email to the person who sent me the schedule change and asked for alternate options available as I can’t accept that long layover time for return due to my medical conditions. No response from any of these irresponsible people until the day of my travel and I ended up to cancel my journey without any reschedule/ refund of my ticket. I never choose them for any service in future and not recommending for any one who is not flexible with increasing layovers after booking a ticket. I feel it is a kind of cheating as they attract with cheaper flight fares with reasonable layovers at the time of booking and later they increase the layover in their convenience. Not bothering about the customers at all.

Totally disappointed with 👎 service
I booked my ticket online on 7th March 2026, I received email straight away mentioning that thanks for the booking and will issue ticket within 96 hours. I waited three days, nothing happened. So I call them , no response eventually I called so many times then answered by Ajay. He asked me silly questions that which website you have booked, I said I got an email from flysharp so he said you are not on our system. I forwarded email to him which I received. He said I will send further to my investigation team and someone call you back. Next whole day went no one called so I tried to call whole morning again not answered. By the way they take money £875.90p . After half day calling someone name call Arav he answered I explained him everything then he said unfortunately I can't do anything but if you want to rebook then I'll help you but the fares are very high. So basically they sold my ticket to someone with higher fares. Very crafty and liars, lost my trust completely. I have been a very loyal customer to them always bought my ticket with their company and they stabbed me with their greed. They said because of the situation at current but when I bought ticket the price was as a sold to me £875.90. In the end after more than 10 days they returned the money. Never ever again use them, not only that I used to by in group so they lost whole group for future. Extremely disappointed, the service gone downhill.

airline refunded 200 but been given to me 168 which i check with air line status I had flight 5;th march went airport…
I had flight 5;th march went airport been told flight is cancelled but we never ask for refund was waiting for resadual of my flight not heard any news sms or email from fly sharp is belong to southall tavell.compnay never pick up call or answer .still till
22nf march no reply .never trust this company .never recommend this company to buy ticket .I give 0 rated

DON'T EVER USE THIS TRAVEL AGENCY
Unfortunately I cannot give 0 or negative to this agency.
We were booked to fly between London and India. Sadly due to tye war the return flight was cancelled. What's terrible is neither the Airline nor Flysharp informed us about the cancellation. Everytime we checked on Google it showed the flight is scheduled. I had to call the airline to ask if the flight was still operational.
Worst is, indigo says they have refunded partial ticket fare back to the agent because the agent initiated the refund. I never asked for a refund. How did flysharp request a refund without checking with me ?
Top it all with their seriously rude customer service staff (Sharad/ Sharath) who is telling me to call back after 2 days to find out what happened to my refund ? Its been 2 weeks since the flight was cancelled and I am unable to book myself on any other direct flight.
For anyone even considering this travel agency, please DON'T.. Flysharp is the worst possible agent I have ever had to deal with. Strongly recommend banning such agents and removing such rude and condescending staff from the payroll.

Easy booking process & good customer service
Easy booking process, cheaper tickets than the on the airlines website and tickets available in great time . I didnt end up using the tickets as the airline ( Qatar airways ) cancelled the flights due to the conflict but I called Flysharp and my call was answered within 1 minute , the person I spoke to was very efficient and explained that a full refund would be processed .

Booked but there was a disruption to the flight. They got in contact with on 24 hours offering new flights for the same price or a full refund. I chose the full refund and received it in 48 hours.

I want to warn others about a scam…
I want to warn others about a scam involving people pretending to be from FlySharp Agency. I was contacted by individuals claiming to represent them and ended up losing money.
After this, I directly contacted the real FlySharp Agency and raised a complaint. They confirmed that these were scammers and not associated with their company in any way. The names I was given — Manvi, Sophie, Shriya, and Ashlina — are all fake and not connected to the agency.
If you have shared your bank or card details with anyone claiming to be from FlySharp, please block your cards and take immediate action.
On a positive note, Chandan and Varun from the actual FlySharp Agency were extremely helpful in resolving the situation and clarifying everything. A special thanks to Chandan for assisting me with rescheduling my tickets — he was very kind and supportive throughout.

Failed to inform me of flight…
Failed to inform me of flight cancellations.It took 3 phone calls to get a promise of refund,which will take "up to 6 weeks".Avoid this incompetent agency.

Had a terrible experience
Had a terrible experience. I spoke to multiple customer care people from Fly Sharp. Some agents, to be specific Manvi was extremely rude and arrogant, wasn't willing to help at all.
Secondly, I don't know how but there was a huge discrepancy in the refund amount stated by IndiGo and Fly Sharp. IndiGo said refund would be GBP 425 but Fly Sharp has said only GBP 287 will be refunded to me (photo attached). Even if they charge their admin fee, the difference should not be this huge. None of their agents were able to help me out.

Giving me the run around to cancel and…
Giving me the run around to cancel and refund my ticket to Dubai. Instead of being ready for an influx of requests like these, they aim to bounce you from pillar to post. Gulf Air is allowing refunds however it seems Fly Sharp want to make it as difficult as possible to do so - it’s far from excellent customer service. I put in a submission for a refund and the response was to contact Fly Sharp not “refunds”, I fear they deliberately make this process difficult. If you’re needing to cancel due to ongoing events you may be better off going through insurance or chargeback. I have kept all their unhelpful emails.

Very disappointing experience with Fly…
Very disappointing experience with Fly Sharp. I contacted them three times about a refund following the situation in the Middle East and received three completely different answers from three different people. There was no consistency, no clear explanation, and no transparency, despite the Etihad airline’s refund policy already being publicly available on there website. The whole process was stressful, frustrating, and far more difficult than it should have been. Still haven’t received my refund!!!! I would expect much better customer service and clearer communication.
