Hemsk service och verkar ej ta hand om sina anställda.

Firman anlände flera timmar sent. Dr skulle kommit runt 13.00 men kom närmare 17.00. Flyttkillarna var helt slut efter att ha haft för kort tid på sig med en annan flytt och hade ej ätit eller haft rast. Koordinator ville skjuta upp hela flytten till dagen efter vilket inte var möjligt för oss. De förstod inte heller varför jag insisterade på att flytten skulle vara klar innan 22.00 på kvällen (då det var en vardagskväll). Min man köpte snacks och dricka åt de som arbetade för att de skulle få i sig något och hjälper själva till att bära. Ändå drogs endast 500 kr av på slutpriset (och detta efter att jag jagat dem på telefon). Inget av det som var märkt "Förråd" hamnade i förrådet och ett sidobord gick sönder. Dagen efter skickade de en person för att flyttstäda och menade att det skulle ta fyra timmar för en tvåa på 46 kvm.

We hired Flytthem for our move on 18 April and deeply regret it. The movers arrived late, worked painfully slowly, and handled our belongings with zero care; hitting items against walls repeatedly. Despite the move taking far longer than it should have, they tried to charge us an extra 2,000 SEK at the destination, claiming the distance to the elevator was too long. The distance was a few metres. After a long dispute, they eventually corrected the invoice, but only after enormous stress on moving day.
To make things worse, our diplay was damaged during transport despite being in its original manufacturer packaging. When we raised this, their response was essentially: "you should have photographed it beforehand; not our problem." No apology, no compensation, no accountability.
We had also recommended Flytthem to two friends and had a cleaning contract with them. All of that is now cancelled.
In one sentence: Overpriced, dishonest, careless with your belongings, and completely unresponsive when things go wrong; save yourself the stress and book literally anyone else.

Hade fått hjälp att lägga order på flytthjälp och flyttstäd. De dök inte upp, fick ringa och allt blev försenat. Urdåligt!

Great Service! And the moving cordinator (Ray) was tremendously helpful and considered every aspects of the move and " How too's" .
Very surprised and was not expecting this level of customer service.
