As a single parent and person who can not count on anyone for help, I was not sure if trusting Insolvency Agency is best for me. But now I know, this is the best step I could take to get help and sort out my finances and get my life back in track... The first person I spoken to was Ric Goudy. He was really kind and very helpful for me. He explained every step and made me feel comfortable to trust him and to trust the whole process of getting into IVA.
Now I can sleep with peace of mind every night and enjoy my life again. I can enjoy the time with my children and be able to fulfill their needs and wants. I do recommend Focus Debt Advisory services with both hands 👐

Being in a financial mess and not being able to share with others is the worst thing that I found myself in. I found a lady on Facebook who explained how Focus Debt Recovery had supported her in sorting out her financial situation.
The CCPI who supported me was amazing and not judgemental and he made me understand what it means to go through an IVA in detail, and to me it was an opportunity to live my life debt free again and I’m grateful.

Amazing company. They’ve prepared a IVA proposal which was accepted, and I now see a light at the end of the tunnel. They’ve been incredibly informative, helpful and answered all questions I’ve had from start to finish.

Being in debt and struggling from month to month makes it hard to reach out. The longer you leave it the worse it gets and its true.
With my personal situation the daunting fear of making a phonecall absolutely petrified me. But with focus debt advisory I was able to message them Via WhatsApp and it made reaching out and getting the support me and my girls needed easy. I first contact Ric who was more than happy to message and receive all the information over WhatsApp, bless him this was on a Sunday night too as that day I have built up the confidence. He was calm, explained everything and went at my pace. I also spoke with Graham on the phone, he had such a calm voice, even though when all my debts were but together it made me cry he was so kind and considerate and did nothing but reassure me.
Now with my budget set out, no more payment demand letters I am in such a better head space and can see a light at the end of the tunnel. Me and my girls can not than you all enough. I've recommended you to so many people and will continue to do so.

Was absolutely terrified really right to the end and wasn't sure as never been through this process of IVA . Graham & Ric were absolutely amazing and reasurred me and my mum they are genuinely looking after us .
My life for my kids and me and my buisness would have been over if it wasn't for these guys and helping us to achieve targets especially after a nasty divorce my ex took out loans and left me in problems. So Debt focus helped me from a massive crisis and are still helping and always at the end of the other line and I am still running my buisness and didn't loose my home because of these guys.

Fantastic company i was drowning and didnt know where to turn and an add popped up for focus so i clicked on it and the rest as they say is history every single member of staff that i have dealt with has been amazing really helpful and knowledgeable theyre really understandable and not judgemental at all a great help now im on my way to becoming debt free highly recommend them

I spoke with Sasha, who was so helpful and didn't make me feel any less of myself. She was so supportive and understanding and made me feel heard. She gave me the best advice ever and made me see through all the different options I could do.
I am so thankful for her in helping me make this big step and decision for myself and couldn't of done it without her. Great customer service 10/10
