Kia was great at my online car seat fitting appointment. Having recently bought a two seater panel van with no rear view, I was concerned about being able to check my passenger side wing mirror. Kia helped me to work out a safe fit for the seat in my van that left me feeling confident about being able to drive with my daughter as a passenger.

It's also worth mentioning that when we originally bought the seat from cariad babi, the service was exemplary.

Kia was really helpful showing me how to use my sling. She explained it really well and answered all my questions. By the end of the session I felt much more confident to use the sling on my own.

I had a 1-1 appointment for our new car seat now our little girl is outgrowing her infant carrier. Kia was super helpful and so knowledgeable! The service was 10/10 and has continued to be whilst l've been struggling with tethers in different cars. Highly recommend the after care help too. Will be recommending to friends

Used Cariad Babi for a car seat consultation as my wife and I werent 100% happy with how our 3 month old was in the car, we were advised that our current set up wasnt suitable as there wasnt enough adjustment for the isofix, and suggested we used the carry car seat with seat belt fitment instead of isofix. This change has revolutionised our car journeys as before our son could more often than not be inconsolable, where as now he is fairly content, and we attribute this to him being much more comfortable and feeling more secure.

A massive thankyou for the service offered, and would highly recommend others make an appointment. We have since said to other parents/parents to be, to get in touch.

Excellent advice and service. Kia was amazing, really took the time to explain and recommended a car seat based on the specific requirements of my baby. Kia took the time to show me how to install it in my car. I did end up buying a car seat from here but I didn't feel any pressure or obligation to buy. I'm am grateful I'll have a product that is as safe as possible for my child. I am so glad someone suggested I go here for car seat fitting and advice, in many ways I wish I'd known about it sooner!

We had a great experience with Lia yesterday. She was super understanding when my kids were acting up and was very informative re fitting and longevity of each brand of car seats. Ended up buying 2 new seats from her and were very happy with our purchases! Highly recommend!

This is our second time buying a car seat from Cariad Babi and we honestly wouldn't go anywhere else! Kia is so knowledgeable and really helped us to make an informed decision. It's a lovely atmosphere in the shop and we would recommend it to anyone. The car seat was quickly installed and we left feeling confident in installing for ourselves and making sure baby is comfortable and correctly in the seat.

Fantastic - really helped us when our isofix point was faulty then supplied us and fitt da high quality car that didn't need isofix. Would recommend!

Leah was really knowledgeable and helpful. We had pre-ordered a high backed booster from the store to try and she took the time to show us how it worked on the mock seat in the store and let my grandson try the seat for size. Then she showed us how to install it in our car before trying the seat in another car to check the fit.

As usual, we had a wonderful experience with Kia for our car seat fitting. I have returned to Cariad Babi many times over the last four years, from sling fittings to car seat fittings, Kia always offers the best support and advice and always gives you the time you need to feel confident with the product you are purchasing.
On this visit we were having a car seat fitted in a grandparents car and Kia very clearly explained and demonstrated the installation and supported them in having a go for themselves, prompting and advising where necessary until they felt 100% confident with how to install, and remove the car seat, as well to safely fit my son. I’m sure we’ll be back again for the next baby who’s on the way!
