Maten försenad då den kom var den ljummen. Såg i appen att leveransen var 200 m bort och då vände den och åkte en lång tur åt helt fel håll och sen tillbaka till restaurangen - sen tillbaka till mig... Ver más
Genomkall mat efter strulig beställning. Vi fick inget meddelande om att Maxi godkänt beställningen men fick ändå mat efterdrygt en timme ochursäkt om försening. Pommes frites var iskall och torr.... Ver más

Warning ! Don’t use this company, they are a disgrace to the industry
Never order food from this company ever again, I don’t belive a word of what they are saying. They don’t know the first thing about good service and cut you off on their helpless chat function while you are texting them. I missed 1 phone call, and only one phone call on my phone from the people delivering the food. I saw it exactly 5 mins after the driver called. He didn’t ring my doorbell which works perfectly fine. Well I went down to the door right away to see if he was there or take the food if he had put it outside. The food was not there. I checked everywhere no food in sight anywhere. I wrote to their “help center” - and they told me the driver put the food there and went off to the next delivery. So I guess they want me to believe that the driver put the food outside my door, and in the no more than five minutes between I saw the phone call and the driver put to food, someone else have taken the food. My apartment is on the 1st floor above the door where he allegedly put the food, and I know for sure there wasn’t anyone going in our out the building because I can here the door open and close in my apartment. This happened at 21 o’clock in the night time in a very calm and decent neighborhood in Limhamn. What a bad customer experience. And what a disgraceful way to treat a customer. This company have no future in this business. I will never ever recommend anyone to use their services. They are a disgrace.
