Paket musste zusätzlich verzollt werden, die Frist dazu habe ich leider verpasst. Keinerlei Rückmeldung von der Spedition oder von Fohen über das weitere Vorgehen. Trotz mehrmaliger Kontaktaufnahme mit Fohen keine Antwort, Geld wurde per Paypal gezahlt, die kümmern sich hoffentlich darum. Der Link in der Bestellbestätigung zeigt „page not found“ an. Die Telefonnummer war nicht erreichbar.

Dreadful company, Spring and washer went in tap at just over the two year warranty, want to charge £29.00 for the two and must cost pence to buy in from china, what a set of robbing B"£$%&*S. Avoid and pay the extra for a Quooker Tap. Customer service is appalling, even asked me if I purchased my tap from them? then contacted me and said it was just out of warranty. If they said they have no record of my purchase how do they know the warranty has ran out.. Just avoid them shower of S**T

Bought a dual tap/ boiling water tap. Temp has always been about 81 degrees and I have to microwave my coffee to bring it up to temp. Tried contacting Company via email twice with no reply (still not heard as I type this) and spoke to them on the phone where they advised me to email!!! Shocking product, even worse customer service. Customer service only available 12-2pm. Avoid!

invested in this tap and to say that im truely disapointed in an understatment. I bought the fizz tap £1,500 with 5 year warranty additional £179. SInce being installed by there engineers the1st unit leaked in my brand new kitchen and also the replacement one both causing water damage to my new units. I have sent multiple emails with a response time of about a week, i Have now been told that i need to remove the tap and send it back to get a refund.
I cant beleive that im am being asked to do this. I refuse to do this, as if there is anymore damage they will probaly lay blame on me, I have never been offered any sort of compensation just the lack of respect and hiding behind a computer with emails and trying to shut down the complaint.
I will keep reveiw weekly untill i get this rectified.
I urge you not to buy this tap it will leak and they will try and palm you off at every oppurtunity!!

Die Lieferung hat super geklappt. Leider ist das Gerät für mich nicht geeignet. Ich habe von meinem Widerrufsrecht gebrauch gemacht und um eine Info zur Rücksendung gebeten. Leider warte ich vergeblich auf eine Antwort. Immerhin geht es hier auch um 700 EUR, die erstattet werden müssen.

Leider der schlechteste Kundenservice den ich je erlebt habe.
Werde versteht man, wie und wohin man die Bestellung bei Widerruf schicken soll (auf der Seite nicht zu erkennen), noch bekommt man auf ca. 20 Nachfrage-Emails eine Antwort. Das Paket wurde nun nach 3 Wochen wieder an mich zurückgesendet, da die Firma nicht anzutreffen war. es geht um 600,- Euro! So geht man nicht mit Kunden um

Seit 6 Tage warte ich auf eine Rückmeldung zu einem Garantiefall auf eine Antwort. Da hat ein Käufer Ihrer Produkte einen Wasserschaden und ein defektes Produkt und es erfolgt keine Reaktion.

Tadellos! Versand von GB incl. Zoll in vier Tagen, perfekt. Alle Teile vorhanden mit guter Anleitung. Danke!

Really poor customer service experience, I’m afraid. This company is extremely efficient at selling their product and pestering customers to buy new filters for their boiling water system every three months or risk invalidating your warranty (a veritable shower of emails where this is concerned) but extremely poor with any aftercare when the product goes wrong. We bought a tap and boiler from them and within four months said tap was in trouble with a detached lever and no logical way to fix it. Virtually impossible to connect with them on the phone (99 percent of the time the line is closed ‘due to staff training’. If only!) The ‘live’ chat is also in need of serious resuscitation, with totally unhelpful responses to quite simple enquiries like, ‘Our tap is broken through no fault of our own. How can we fix this and implement the warranty that you have pestered us to buy.’ The email service is equally useless. If you are lucky you might get a response to an email within say, five days, asking you to post a video of your problem and when you do they respond eventually to say that they can’t open the video.’ Not at any time do you actually get to speak to anyone who appears to have the slightest clue what they are doing or anyone who actually understands how these taps function - or in our case, don’t. Very much starting to wish we’d gone the Quooker route.

Appalling customer service. Firstly, they took far too long to get a piece of paper to the installers. They said 10 days to instruct them!
More importantly, the tap has now been fitted but the filter wasn’t fitted as it was faulty. They are not answering the phone because of ‘high-volume calls’. I have asked the question of when a replacement filter will be sent to me (as it’s been a week) three times on live chat, by email and by voicemail. It’s a simple question, but they seem incapable of answering it or sending me a new one.
Plus, I bought the 5 in 1 tap to reduce the amount of sparkling bottled water I use, but it’s unlikely to work as it’s just like flat sparkling water - despite their suggestions on how to improve it. The rest of the tap I like, but obviously, I’m not getting any benefit from the non-filtered water and I dislike the taste of tap water:-(. I wish I’d gone elsewhere.

Bestellungen laufen Problemlos, bei Anfragen bisher nie eine Rückmeldung bekommen. Das ist ziemlich negativ

Shop und Logistik super, leider bekomme ich vom Kundenservice keine Antwort zu der Frage, ob das einschalten des Gerätes ohne manuellen Eingriff konfiguriert werden kann.
Der Boiler muss Nachts nicht laufen ...

Ich habe die Bestellung immer noch nicht erhalten, ich habe mehr Mals emails geschrieben, total ohne Erfolg.

Der Wasserhahn macht einen super Eindruck! Leider haben wir ihn noch nicht installiert, daher kann ich über die Funktion usw. Keine Aussage treffen..... der Versand hat allerdings länger gedauert als gedacht. ..

Keine Kommunikation mit Kundenservice möglich. Keine Reaktion auf Anfragen Keine Reaktion/Antwort auf unsere Bitte einer Rechnung. Warten darauf immer noch.
