Game changer!
I have just finished the 30 day high protein plan and can honestly say this has been a game changer for me. I’m at an age where it’s difficult to lose weight and didn’t know where to start. I am delighted to say I lost 7lbs which is amazing and a few inches to boot. Following the plan, It has completely changed my approach to food. I understand what my body needs now. I understand portions more than ever and can see where I was going wrong. I can honestly say I didn’t feel hungry with the different meals and snacks, I enjoyed it. I get married next Spring and this is the kick start I needed. Thank you Scott

I followed the plan and all the meals and managed to lose 2 Kg over the month which I feel is healthy and consistent so Ill do another month the same and see how well I can do again .Thanks Scott

This plan certainly work, I lost a stone. great tasty meals. The downside is the number of ingredients you might not have that you buy for one off occasions. You also require a fair bit of prep time. I’m retired so not a problem.

I bought this thinking the recipies would be like delicious like the ones on your Instagram & you tube.
Only a couple of dinners appealed to me & I certainly would not be eating them for lunch the next day. So no not for me didn’t even start it sorry.But I still make your recipes from Instagram.
Good diet to follow
Good diet to follow. Never felt hungry once.
Really easy to follow as Scott has done the hard work for you.
I'm only just halfway through it as I was later in starting but so far , I've lost 9 1/2 lb.
Never feel like I'm missing out on anything as meals are so delicious. Easy to make and easy to shop for the ingredients as Scott has them all listed out for you. Weight Management plan has never been so easy to do , highly recommend.
Hubby doing it as well to support me but not sticking to it rigidly. He loves tge meals too.
I've found that I'm full enough without needing the 3 snacks a day. However I feel having 1 snack before bedtime doesn't make me feel I'm missing out when hubby has his crisps !
I decided to give alcohol up as well fir the 30 day challenge which wasn't an easy decision as we have a good social life. But I've managed for 2 weeks and seeing weight loss results makes me more determined to stick that out too.
The 30 day challenge has given me tge motivation to sign up for a fitness app , which again has helped.
Hope to continue with this plan fir another 30 days after I finish this one.

Although I struggled to begin with following such a prescriptive plan I soon found it made sense and I was never hungry. The main meal recipes are fantastic and easily adapted for individual tastes. I will most definitely be continuing to follow the plan mixing in recipes from Scott's excellent books.
Love Food for Fitness for every meal!
I use Food for Fitness for every meal I make. It’s so easy to do a quick search for any main item, type in eg pork, chicken, salmon whatever and up comes a variety for you. Every step explained, every ingredient needed, it couldn’t BE any easier. You’ll get nutritional values too. If you want to SEE him create a dish, go to Utube, type in Scott Baptie chicken (or whatever) and pick your favourite. Well we all like to see the end product :)

A game changer of a meal plan!
Having tried to lose weight for some time without success, using calorie counting and exercise, I decided to buy the 30 day weight loss challenge. I had already made some of the recipes and know the whole family enjoy eating them and so it wasn’t too big a move away from ‘normal’ mealtimes. I am now a full stone lighter and have to say I haven’t felt hungry or tempted by bad food. I have even enjoyed a glass of wine or two at the weekend without sending the whole plan off track. Would highly recommend giving it a go, it’s a game changer! Thank you!!

Brilliant!
After seeing and trying some recepies from Scott I decided to join the 30 day plan, as I was already impressed with the recepies I had tried. I've tried endless diets, I either get bored, give up, don't loose weight or feel deprived. I'm peri menopausal, have Hypothyroidism and M.E, so loosing weight is a battle! I batched cooked the meals so always had a meal to go to, I didn't have all my snacks but knew they where there If needed, the food is amazing and loved by my Hubby too. Very filling and so nice to be able to have pasta and rice...and a bacon roll on a Saturday. I lost 9 lb!! I'm still following the way of eating and trying even more recepies. So a huge thank you, I've gone on to loose another 3 lb and Im signed up for Food For Fitness Recepies. This is now become my routine, so I'm looking forward to trying new food, eating healthy and loosing the weight without being deprived !

I purchased the Menopause challenge + the access to the app and , after paying for everything and reading through the plan, I realized it is not for me and I requested a refund. I got an email that my refund has been processed shortly followed by the reply the very next day. Excellent customer service and the recipes on the app look delicious!
Turkish Spiced Mince
Sorry but our Turkish spiced beef mince was not the best, sadly, we followed the recipe to the end but it was dry, lacking in flavour, dry as a squirrels whatever, really disappointing, went over the video again, did nothing wrong, sadly we’ve got another two in the freezer, need to spice them up to get some flavour
Love this diet plan
The meals are lovely and it's great to have a vegetarian meal planner. I also love the shopping list, makes planning the meals so much easier.

I love the simplicity of the recipes that keep me going.... especially the slow cooker ones. Smoky beef chilli is great and the peanut chicken is immense!

I was delighted to read such well thought out tasty low carb recipes, currently enjoying my first week and the suggestions and meal plans make life so easy. I shopped at the weekend and prepared and cooked my meals for the week ahead, so easy and convenient when working full time. I am feeling the benefits already, no bloated, heaviness that you get with too many carbs. Excited for the coming weeks on my 30 day challenge and looking forward to another week of delicious food
BEWARE
Love the recipes and subscribed last year paying by Apple Pay but sadly had to cancel subscription. The year is up and every day, they are trying to take money from my bank. Thankfully I cancelled it with my bank so payments are getting declined but really annoying that they keep trying for more money, every day.
Have phoned Apple Pay who says it’s Food for Fitness fault. Have emailed Food for Fitness who surprise surprise, are blaming Apple Pay!
Neither are interested in sorting.
