Food Safety First Opiniones

From the start till the end of the course.....it was a clear and seamless experience.....I needed help i called and got it asap... the actual course was easy to follow, this making it quick qnd easy.

I found dealing with Food Safety First Team when I did understand a questions, they were very prompt getting back to me either via email or phone call back. Thank you for help. Highly recommend these courses.

Generally the instructions were easy to follow.
Communication both written and verbal was very good.
I would recommend the course.

The Food Safety First Course was an in-depth Course and most informative. Although there were many questions to answer and some case studies to read there were things I learned that made it all worthwhile.
It was great that there were 5 chances to get the questions correct if wrong answers were given.
It was also a user-friendly course since staff could be contacted if some help was required.

The course was straight forward and informative.
The only thing that was an issue was that there was no manual to follow for supporting information to questions. At lease not that I could find.

I enjoyed the course,as I was time poor the format really helped me stay focussed and.I learned so much in the process. The resources I received via the course will help me better at my job too and saved valuable time. The team was very supportive and efficient with my changes in observer for the last part of the assessment, strongly recommend the course, especially for someone that has not done it before,as it was really focusing on support tools and highlighting the non-negotiable responsibilities.
With kind regards Elena

Very easy and clear instructions, doesnt take too long and cery helpful staff if you are stuck with something.

I felt that all my questions were answered in a timely manner. The service was very efficient and I'm happy I chose this company for my course.

Food safety first is an easy to use, follow and understand program. The only suggestion for the company is to make the finished unit blocks more visually obvious that there complete.

I loved the flexibility of being able to study on my own schedule and found the platform very user friendly, informative and would suit learners at most levels. The slides and information were delivered in a very easy to follow and easily understood format. Whilst the information was detailed and specific, it was easy to understand and complete each module with straight forward assessment tasks to reinforce the learning

Food Safety First staff were extremely helpful throughout the course. The online platform was easy to access and allowed me to complete the training at my own pace. The staff were very supportive and responsive, providing excellent assistance over the phone and via email whenever I needed help. I would highly recommend Food Safety First to anyone looking for flexible and professional training.

The positive of this course was that it was self paced. There appeared to be a lot of repetitive information that was covered stretching the course out to be very lengthy, consuming quite a lot of time to get through it.

Well explained lessons. Easy to find your way around the course. Quick responses Wish more courses were like this.

Convenient. Customer service is also available readily except Sunday which is acceptable. Overall good experience.
